Wow! We had the $20 seats and they were great. The motorbikes with flying about 40 feet in the air and I had never seen that, in person, before. I was amazed and I really enjoyed the event. However, Rupp, as a venue, is too small for this type of thing. I felt the same way about seeing the monster trucks in Rupp; they barely get up to full power before they have to shut down before crashing into the far wall. The dirt bikes must have been doing 45mph within 100 feet and they sliding into the first turn. I loved it, but was left with the feeling that it would have been twice as good if the space had been 50% larger. The show was an experience that I'm looking forward to seeing outside as well as on television. The wow factor was off the charts because it's "IN YOUR FACE!" action.
Also, I didn't need the promoter infomercials like "shout out" from the fans who wanted to hear themselves on the public address system inside Rupp. Boring. And the televised commercials on the big screen were out of place as well. Blah...
