I wasn't a huge Anthrax fan before. I saw them at the Big 4 for the first time and thought they were good but didn't get to see the whole set because of how long it took to get into Yankee stadium. When I heard they were playing with Testament at a smaller venue I figured I'd go. I was blown away. I am definitely an Anthrax fan now and even bigger Testament fan. Both bands were just amazing.

Rating: 5 out of 5 AMAZING SHOW
by Guitar666 on 2/10/12Best Buy Theater - New YorkFirst thing first, hats off to Charlie and Frank for doing the show after the Death of Charlie's moms RIP. That took alot of Heart and I dont even think I would be able to do that after a death of a love one especially your Mother, So Much Love and Respect Charlie and Frank. The Best Buy was PACKED and the energy never died down even from the opening act (DEATH ANGEL). Death Angels set was pretty cool it was my first time seeing them and they were cool. TESTAMENT was nothing more than awesome, is it me? but why do I always suffer a hearing lost when I see TESTAMENT. These guys are LOUD and after seeing them my ears were ringing. ANTHRAX really got the place jumping, I never seen a Mosh Pit that started from the Begining of a set to the end. The High light was the song INDIANS in which everyone when NUTS from the front all the way to the back. The show was the end of ANTHRAX tour and they certainly went out with a bang. I been to countless shows and this one is one for the records.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Anthrax was as great as ever!
by renef095 on 2/10/12Best Buy Theater - New YorkDeath Angel was a great warm-up band. They are still energetic and tight. It was great to see them again. Testament - wow. I went to this show with zero expectations about Testament. And when they came on and I saw Alex Skolnick on stage, I was blown away. I saw Testament perform better than ever and the guys looked comfortable on stage playing hard and fast and really tight. Anthrax - They really had the energy and punch and audience participation going on. I was really happy with their performance. And then, they came out for the most Metal Hard-Hitting encore ever. It was intense up to the last song. I'm glad I came out to see this show.

by MorbidJared on 2/8/12Crocodile Rock - AllentownDeath Angel came out and got the crowd going. Then Testament came and just destroyed...litterally, the Croc Rock Cafe's stage left speaker kept going in and out, it was just that loud and brutal. Anthrax came and sealed the night with their blistering riffs and awesome stage performance thanks to Joey. This is a tour you cannot afford to miss!
Rating: 4 out of 5 An Evening of Metal
by spx5002k on 2/8/12Crocodile Rock - AllentownIf you like “Thrash” Metal, this is your event. I enjoyed the event because I like different kinds of Rock. Alex Skolnick is always dynamic no matter what musical setting he is in. I actually thought the sound for Death Angel was a little better than Testament. The venue is large enough for a decent crowd. Don’t expect much from the Crocodile Rock venue, but the beer is cold and is a good place to hang and watch a band. I would go back to the venue to see other bands.

by DirtyG on 2/8/12Stadium Green Iguana - TampaListen, what can one say... Anthrax, Testament and Death Angel. 3 of my favorite bands from the early 90's. The show was just as awesome as the show at the House of Blues in November (2011). It was awesome to have them come back and to Tampa, 5 miles up the road at the Green Iguana. I tell you what, I have to give them major prop's too! The place was awesome, the security gards were super cool letting everyone have fun, helping the crowd surfers "OVER THE WALL" so to speak, no pun intended. Not to mention they were hot too...

Rating: 5 out of 5 Metal Thrashing Mad!!
by Metalheadnurse on 2/6/12Stadium Green Iguana - TampaFirst saw Anthrax in 1991 with their classic lineup (that included Dan Spitz) on the State Of Euphoria tour. Most recently saw this tour last November when it came to HOB in Orlando. Even though the doors did NOT open on time, we were still there early enough to get close to the front of the line so we didn't miss any of Death Angel. I was glad that the set list varied a bit from last year with all the bands. I can't say enough about these bands, I am an old school fan of all 3 of them, and they still thrash harder than ever. I was right at the front, and trust me, my ears rang for 2 days afterwards! Can't wait to see them again!!!!
Rating: 5 out of 5 This show blew the doors off
by Lenoxxx on 2/5/12Lifestyle Communities Pavilion - ColumbusAnthrax, Testament and Death Angel moshed, thrashed and rocked the doors off the LCP this last Friday- if you are a fan of Thrash, you wont be disappointed seeing any of these seminal Thrash Metal Bands. All of the bands played new music, but no classics were forgotten. All in all, a great metal experience.
Rating: 5 out of 5by Anonymous on 2/5/12Lifestyle Communities Pavilion - Columbus Fantastic concert, it was one of the most metal shows I have ever been to, and would definitely go again.
Rating: 5 out of 5by Anonymous on 2/5/12Lifestyle Communities Pavilion - Columbus Amazing show. Death angel blew me away. The drummer threw a signed cymbal out to the crowd. Testament sounded fantastic. Anthrax got crowd super pumped. I would definitely recommend this show to anyone that likes thrash. Easily one of the most fun concerts I've been too.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Awesome thrash metal show!
by Grover1976 on 2/5/12Lifestyle Communities Pavilion - ColumbusI had seen Anthrax before, but this was my first time seeing Death Angel and Testament and neither disappointed. All the bands had great set lists with a good mix of old material and newer stuff. Charlie and Frankie from Anthrax weren't present due to family issues, but Testament's drummer was awesome and Joey Vera from Armored Saint pulled bass duty. Got the Anthrax meet and greet package from Anthrax's website and it was awesome. Basically a one on one deal. Had a fantastic time and would recommend this show to any thrash fan.

Rating: 5 out of 5 A Crash Course in Thrash
by Lennie8220 on 2/5/12Stadium Green Iguana - TampaYou know those shows where you have to wade through an opening act or two while you wait for the headliner? That didn't happen here. First band up was Death Angel, and they still kick all the ass--fast, tight guitar riffs, killer vocals, and no chaff. They're probably the most underrated metal band out there. They need to headline their own tour, in fact. Do not arrive late to this one. Ditto for Testament. They still sound great, and Chuck Billy makes an awesome frontman. Plus if the zombies attack during a metal show, I want him having my back. Alex Skolnick and Eric Peterson still offer a killer 1-2 punch, and Gene Hoglan isn't called the Atomic Clock for nothing. (He also pulled double-duty that night, filling in for Charlie Benante who took off a new nights to be with his ailing mother.) And despite the drama that Anthrax has experienced during the past few years, looks like they're back on track. The band's tight, and the new tracks sound just as good as the classics. Welcome back, dudes.

Rating: 5 out of 5 Flawless
by TomZombie on 2/4/12Stadium Green Iguana - TampaThe show was stellar, sound was awesome all three bands never missed a beat, unfortunately the doors did not open at 6:30 as indicated, which led to a huge line waiting to get in , by the time I did enter Death Angel were a song and a half into their 30 min. set,. The Green Iguana needs to work on preventing this from happening again , but once again it was a blast !!!!
