Amazingly sick, twisted, cold and hilarious to boot!
Great show at a great venue. Anthony Jeselnik was outstanding in his delivery, interactive with the audience, and gave everyone plenty laughs. There's no doubt I'd go see his show again in a heartbeat! Thanks for the comedy Jeselnik.
Anthony Jeselnik is just funny as all get out. I'd seen him on TV many times, but to see him in person is a whole different universe. I thoroughly enjoyed myself!
Anthonthy Jeselnik's show at Harrah's New Orleans was great. This dude is really funny, but don't go in with a chip on your shoulder. Odds are, sooner or later he'll hit on something to offend you. But isn't that the point? My husband and I love his brand of humor. The performance was great and the venue was very nice. I think all seats were positioned to have a good view, and the room was intimate. Jeselnik interacted with the crowd and made the show feel more personal. I will absolutely pay to see him again!
Jeselnik is very funny but he is not for the easily offended. His humor is very dark. He jokes about topics like rape and domestic violence but they are just that - JOKES. His interaction with the audience is hilarious also. However, I didn't think his opening act was very funny.
Jeselnik was classic. He offered exactly what I anticipated in terms of biting sarcasm and offensive humor. His sharp wit was on display as he bantered with audience members deftly using them as the butt of his jokes.
Anthony didnt disappoint he was awesome and hilarious
One liner heaven, if heaven was full of sarcasm and line crossing humor, if you believe in that sort of thing. A great show that was delivered with smooth style that makes you wonder ever so slightly if Anthony is actually demented. Either way, he made me laugh, and was worth the price of admission.
Anthony jeselnik is hilarious.. wonderful show and great venue.
Anthony was very funny and put on a great show. I've only watched some of his stand up and thought he did very well at using new material. Only one problem with the night and that had to do with the price of drinks at house of blues. Way too expensive.
Love smart witted humor mixed with oh so wrong humor. He is a perfect mix.
Couldn't have imagined him being any better. Very quick with handling hecklers and made sure to keep them in their place with great jokes.
Opener wasn't very funny. Should have had more than one opener in my opinion. Anthony was hilarious! All original unheard material.
Very intelligent jokes which must each take days to perfect. The subject matters make you frightened to learn you are capable of laughing at things you simply should never laugh at. But, you cannot help yourself because the timing and the delivery are perfect and the punch line is so smart that you break down. I wish I could do this instead of whatever it is I do do.
My wife and I went to Anthony Jeselnik and we couldn't stop laughing. He was on stage for close to an hour. There were a few jokes from his past cd's as well as some new jokes. Anthony is a very good improve comic based on his audience interactions, which he spent a good deal of time interacting with. Well worth the money. We will be attending his next performance when he comes back to Houston!!!
Anthony was absolutely great. Always intelligently funny. I took a couple of friends that hadn't seen him before and they were really impressed. The only complaint I would have is that there was only one comedian that performed before Anthony. He wasn't very good and i was expecting there to be two or three other comedians before Anthony came on. The show from start to finish was less than an hour and a half.
Anthony is great. He does have offensive jokes, so if you dont like that dont go. If you regularly watch his stand up then this show is only about 50 to 60% new. So I had heard alot of the jokes before. The new stuff was great but I i was hoping for more new material. The venue - House of Blues is great as far as sound and seeing the comedian. However the one negative I had was my seat which was located in the balcony, so when Anthony interacted with the crowd sitting on the floor and made fun of them, I could not see the crowd. The House of Blues did have screens up, but they did not have them on. But Anthony is great and if you have never seen him, and you like what he does on the Comedy Roast, you will love his stand up.
You will hate yourself, but you will laugh your ass off.
As always, Anthony's jokes were terrible and I couldn't help but laugh uncontrollably.
I've never watched his stand ups or tv shows but I'm glad I purchased tickets to see him. It was not stop laughter!!
