Holding onto hope when times are tough can take an awful lot of determination, and sometimes, an awful lot of determination comes in a surprisingly small package. Little Orphan Annie has reminded generations of theatergoers that sunshine is always right around the corner, and now the best-loved musical of all time is set to return in a new production - just as you remember it and just when we need it most. ANNIE, directed by Jenn Thompson, features the iconic book and score, written by Tony Award®-winners Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse and Martin Charnin. This celebration of family, optimism and the American spirit remains the ultimate cure for all the hard knocks life throws your way.
The show was Superb! The acting, singing, and dancing were Superior. The people working at the Cadillac were friendly and accommodating. We’d definitely attend another show here.
This production was average. The girl who played Annie was great. The sound and voices were not loud enough. And scenery lacked a lot . The Christmas scene could have been much better.
The Location was easy to find. The view I had was actually good. The performers were excellent.
I attended the show with my two daughters and three granddaughters. It was wonderful! I can’t give enough praise about the cast. They were all amazing. The entire show, the scenery and the music was 5 stars!
I loved, loved, loved this show! The cast was excellent, and this was just phenomenal. It's a must-watch!
Annie is magical. I laughed, I cried and I danced watching this performance. The children are so TALENTED! The music is amazing, and the costumes are incredible. Bonus: there is a REAL DOG character!! I'm amazed and would definitely watch it again!
I was absolutely blown away by this incredible cast!! From the younger orphan roles to the lead principals... this show is overflowing with talent. It was funny in the right parts, pulled at your heart strings in the right parts and left you feeling wholesome and full of joy. My one standout from the show is Grace Farrell, performed by Julia Hunter, she captured this role with such beauty and grace, the kindness she exudes makes her character incredibly loveable and heartwarming. When Annie visits your town, it’s a must see!
I truly wasn’t impressed with the cast. The kiddo who played Annie was not memorable. She lacked the energy that you would expect from the character. The best part of the performance was Sandy. Overall it was just not a very exciting show.
Annie was outstanding! Was moved by the performances of the cast with their beautiful voices and acting, made the experience a true delight. I love the story of Annie and this cast knocked it out of the park with their rendition of this great musical. A must see!
The show was so much more than I could have hoped for. The kids were amazing. The vocals were perfect. The acting was spot on. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience!
Ellie was absolutely phenomenal as was stefanie and the entire cast!!! I loved it so much I booked tickets to see it again next week!!
Attended with my daughter and granddaughter who is 7. She had the best time and we had excellent seats. The show flowed well and the music was great. Very good acting. Loved the dog
Annie the Musical is a timeless classic that has stood the test of time. It's a show that will make you laugh, cry, and feel all the emotions in between. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nostalgic trip down memory lane or anyone who simply wants to experience the joy of live theater. Five stars!
The whole experience was awesome! People at the theater were so nice. From the Security folks to the seaters. Just wonderful. The Musical itself was amazing. The cast and crew performed beyond expectations. Would go see it again.
Annie was the first musical I ever saw as a young child and I always knew how much I would enjoy seeing a professional production of it. I thought it was so good! The cast was so talented and genuinely seemed to be having fun. There were lots of young kids there, so it’s perfect as a first Broadway show.
Loved the cast and music and this truly is a must see. I was there on opening night and could not have had a better time. All the cast is a joy to watch and very talented!
Just like the movie, except it's a beautiful experience watching it live. i loved it alot my girls said they enjoyed it better than Lion King.
Super show! Brought me back to my childhood years, and my nieces loved it, too. Next time I will pass on the VIP seats as the buffet was scarce and not worth the money.
Annie was amazing!!! I was amazed at how these little girls led the cast in opening the show and they were incredible!!! The whole show was super fun, heartwarming, and full of talent. I loved every bit of it!!
It had been 34 years since I first experienced Annie on stage at the Arie Crown Theater in Chicago when I was a young adult. I found this production quite enjoyable and full of the charm that I remembered from the first time. The voices were good and the look of the stage was appealing. I was so impressed at how well behaved the youngsters in the audience were--they were mesmerized at what was happening in front of them. I am so glad I attended this production at the Cadillac Palace Theatre.
