This is one of the most amazing concerts/worship events I have ever attended in my 68 years! Peterson is an extraordinary song writer/singer/storyteller, who is humble in all that he does. I highly recommend!!

We’ve attended several of Andrew Peterson’s Behold the Lamb of God concerts in different venues, but it was our first at the Ryman. It was amazing.

So much talent on one stage!

    by D. on 12/12/19Ryman Auditorium - Nashville

We have seen Andrew Peterson's Behold the Lamb before and this night, at the Ryman was beyond expectations. Love that Andrew Peterson brings others into the fold and showcases their talents. We got in the car and I immediately downloaded Scott Mulvahill's album because of hearing him for the first time on that stage. Being witness and worshipper for the 20th Anniversary Tour literally took my breath away more than a few times. If this comes even close to your city....go! Your soul will be touched and this a beautiful way to worship the King and usher in the season of His birth!

The Ryman and Behold the Lamb of God are a wonderful combination. The acoustics, the talent, the music, the lyrics - it all combines to make for a wonderful start to the Christmas season.

Family Business and a Nashville Tradition

by Gwen on 12/11/19Ryman Auditorium - Nashville

The next generation is in full flourish mode. I was part of the early wave of contemporary Christian music, so when Andrew Peterson came along I welcomed his fresh point of view. He was already a songwriting craftsman then. Over the years he's made his home in the Nashville music community, he has built relationships with many other artists and become something of a father figure to younger musicians, including his children, Asher and Skye, who joined him on stage and showed us they deserved to be there in their own right. The cream of Nashville bluegrass went on the road this year with the "Behold the Lamb" tour, sharing their many gifts which we locals can almost take for granted. Artists Andy Gullahorn, Jill Phillips, Scott Mulvahill, and several other band members have been mainstays to this project, which celebrates its 20th year. All of the pieces of this puzzle create a gorgeous depiction of the greatest story ever told. In Andrew Peterson's hands the retelling never gets old.

Behold the Lamb of God (first night at The Ryman)

by Teana on 12/11/19Ryman Auditorium - Nashville

I have seen Behold the Lamb of God before, but this show was, hands down, the best show/concert/event that I have ever attended outside the four walls of a local church. The music was impeccable and the selection of readings, liturgy and vocals were absolutely brilliant. It was a worshipful, moving encounter with God. Thank you, to everyone who made the night possible. Mostly, Lord, I thank You.

    Best yet!

by BaJu on 12/11/19Ryman Auditorium - Nashville

This was my 9th BtLoG at the Ryman and 13th overall, and it was easily the best yet. Everything from the performance to the sound mix to the choices of songs for the first half (“in the round”) of the show was nearly perfect. My wife and I, along with our guests, were blown away.

    Continued Christmas Tradition

    by D. K. on 12/11/19Ryman Auditorium - Nashville

If you only go to one concert all year this is the one to see. A tradition for my family for 12 years! Wonderful talent, great message, humble servants that enjoy playing and singing this message together probably as much or more than you enjoy hearing it! Thank you Andrew and Co. Please do this 20 more years!

Behold the Lamb was the best it's ever been!

by NashMusicFan on 12/14/17Ryman Auditorium - Nashville

My wife and I have been attending Andrew Peterson's Behold the Lamb of God for several years now. We find it to be one of the most original shows out there at Christmas time. The first half also showcases the originality and strength of the Nashville music scene. This year's show was the best one we have ever attended, highlighted by Marc Martel and the Gray Havens in addition to the always strong Andy Gullahorn and Jill Phillips.
