A great show, still amazing she hasn't made it "big"... from "rise up" to a cover of Queen she belted out a great show. I liked the addition of backup vocals, added to the show.

Excellent show. Have seen her before and love her energy and warmth. The opening act Chloe and Halle was wonderful very talented young girls

Beautiful person inside/outside & her music matches! Band & back up singers were tight!

This is my second time getting the opportunity to see her live, and she is just so amazing the way she interacts with her fans the nina simone influences she is just all around a great person and someone you want to continue watch as they rise up in success!

Andra Day was AMAZING!! This was the 5th time seeing her perform and she never disappoints. If you haven't seen her, you should make it a point to catch her when she comes to a city near you. If you haven't gotten her CD, check it out, you'll love it from beginning to end!

The venue set the tone for an intimate and amazing night. Chloe & Halle are young women with incredible voices and were a perfect opening act. Andra's conversational lice was Magnificent!!!! Her voice was as if you were listening to the CD however with even more power and passion. She was real.... down to earth and personable.

She was phenomenal! I would see her over and over and over again in concert.

She took the room at the first song. Her instrument is surely one of the best voices I've heard in a long time. She has phenomenal style and her chemistry with her band made you feel like you were at a jam session at their house. I'll see her again and again and again.

If you have never seen Andra Day live, all I can say is that you need to remedy that situation immediately. Her voice is flawless and she puts everything into every song. From beautiful covers of Nina Simone to a rendition of her hit Rise Up that gave me goosebumps, she can do no wrong.

Her voice melts me, I can listen to each song over and over again. I shed a tear when my favorites were sung and I also rejoiced when my heart was tugged. I feel a whole lot better just by attending this show.

Andra Days dreamy and powerful vocals are a mix of Ella Fitzgerald, Eartha Kitt and Adele. Her home town engagement at Humphreys was wonderful. My friend had never experienced her. Before the concert she a planned to leave early. Needless to say, she stayed to the VERY END.

Definitely the best concert I've been to all year. There's only a few artist who dosing better live than on cd. She blew me away, her stage presence was so welcoming. Her old school style and soultry voice meshed perfectly together. The history she has between her band you can feel as they play every song where it's there last. She played 4 new songs and gave us 2 encores! Andra showed so much love to her hometown! Chole and Halle were great too, never knew about them til the concert and I love there vibes and music. I will definitely go to another Andra Day concert!!!

Andra Day has such a beautiful voice. She has a great energy on the stage. Would absolutely go see her again!

I just love Andra Day. This is the 3rd time I've seen her in concert and she always puts on a great show...who could ever be disappointed with that voice! My grandson turned me on to her, so it's our "thing" to go see her every time she comes into town...this time I brought my 2 BFF's. We got to meet Andra's father, Joe...he's so proud of his daughter and rightfully so! Andra gives her all at every show and she's so gracious...it probably didn't hurt that San Diego is her home town! Love you Andra!

Really enjoyed the show, but it started very late. The band is excellent, along with the backup singers. The first song the band was so loud it was hard to hear the singing. That improved. Her energy is great, song selection good, lots of great crowd energy in her home town. She is a very soulful singer and it was a very entertaining evening.

her voice was beautiful, the weather was right, the atmosphere was ripe & ready for a star performance. but in the end i was somewhat disappointed. andra andra andra!!! she missed a great opportunity to showcase not only her unique style, but her gratitude to san diego for choosing her show over the most electrifying world series game ever played!

She did a two time Grammy nominated performance. She wants it all and it showed.

Andra Day's performance could not be enjoyed due to the over powered band. The volume of drum playing belonged in a 'Rock Band".

As expected, Andra Day put on an amazing show. Her vocals, as always, were amazing and her music is just so versatile. Sixth & I was pretty much a venue made in a heaven for the type of artist she is and for her genre of music. The acoustics, the atmosphere, the stage all combined to make for a great show.

Andra was fantastic, and she will be in any venue. The intimate setting of 6th & I made it even more special. Her voice and spirit are so pure. It was a beautiful show!
