Anders Osborne Tickets

First and last time at the Civic Theater, at least for any high volume show. Couldn't believe how bad the sound was at a major well established venue like the Civic. Distorted, muddy, midrangey, echoey- hey, how's this for an idea: if a venue/sound system/crew can't deliver that amount of volume with at least some amount of clarity, try turning it down a little! As for the performance(s), Anders and friends were good as usual, just wish I could have enjoyed them more. Thanks for asking-

Anders always puts on a good show. I do have to say however that the birthday bash last year was so much better. I think it had to do with the guests that joined Anders on stage. So much more energizing last year..

First time at the Civic, loved the venue! Had GA floor and there was ample room to move around & dance. The sound was pristine & not too loud and the lighting complimented the crisp white interior beautifully. The opener, Eric Lindell, was superb, as always. Anders Osborne is my favorite NOLA performer & has been since the first time I saw him at the original Howlin' Wolf in the mid '90's. His birthday party is the highlight of Jazz Fest for me & my husband - we were smiling from ear to ear the whole show. Having all the great friends join in for a song or two is a wonderful tribute to a wonderful artist. Hope you had as much fun celebrating your birthday as we did, Anders!

Loved the Anders Osborne Birthday Bash last weekend. Great show, beautiful venue, wonderful music, fun night! Happy Birthday, keep the celebration going!

Rocked the house! Excellent show!! Played for hours!!! Great atmosphere performances from guest stars was amazing also!

The show was Fabulous. I get wonderstruck when he and his guests jam together. Perhaps the audience singing happy birthday to Anders was a spectacular the way to end the evening.

Anders never disappoints, this was one of our highlights from Jazzfest. Thank you Anders!!

Anders was on his game the entire night. Great guests, some new adaptations on some classic tunes, lots of smiles from the band. So happy to have been there.

Our group from Virginia booked flights, tickets and lodging for Jazz Fest way in advance of the cancellation. Rather than cancel our trip we decided to go to NO anyway, knowing Anders and other great acts were still to be seen at various clubs throughout the city. Anders brought it! His guests were all remarkable, as was the warm up group. If Anders ever comes to DC or Northern Virginia, count us in!

Worst concert I've ever been to. Watched the opening act and about 10 minutes of his set, then left. Wasted my time and money! I would've given negative stars if that was an option.
