Ana Gabriel on Tour
Mexico's Ana Gabriel is the queen of infusing pathos into every note she sings. Her smoky alto seems to be endlessly striving — to communicate her feelings, to grab your attention, to soothe you or convince you. And convince you she does. For decades, this singer has performed emotional pop ballads and solidly traditional ranchera, acting as a female singer, songwriter and producer in what are often quite macho Mexican musical realms. In the process, she's sung duets with a veritable who's who of musical stars, introduced a woman's perspective into an overwhelmingly male genre, and given comfort and inspiration to millions of fans. In shows packed with hits, Gabriel's husky voice can more than outmatch the horn section of a ranchera, and she'll often throw in classic Mexican songs and lead the crowd in sing-alongs. She's toured extensively in Mexico, Latin America and North America, and in 2020, she undertook her Estamos A Tiempo North American tour.
Ana Gabriel in Concert
Born María Guadalupe Araujo Yong in Guamúchil, Sinaloa, in 1955, to a Mexican father and a mother of Japanese-Mexican heritage, Ana Gabriel showed her proficiency for music early on. She reportedly sang a José Alfredo Jiménez song in public when she was just six years old, and at age seven, began singing in earnest and composing her own songs. Her talent was abundantly evident, so when the singer turned 15, the family pulled up roots and moved to Tijuana to give her more opportunities. After participating in musical contests, she released her first album, Un estilo, in 1985. Her first smash hit was "Simplemente amigos" in 1986, but her real breakthrough came in 1991 when she won her first Premios Lo Nuestro award. She's received more than 30 nominations for Premios Lo Nuestro since then, as well as Grammy and Latin Grammy nods, and her albums have hovered at the tops of the charts for decades. She recorded a very popular pair of albums with Juan Gabriel in 2007 and 2008, and is famous for duets with artists including Yuri, Plácido Domingo, Vicente Fernandez, Jon Secada and others.

The concert was spectacular, very good, it was excellent. What bothered me a lot was that the people who were in assigned positions behind me came forward and stood in front of me and did not let me enjoy the concert since they completely blocked my visibility. Event security did little to prevent this from happening.
Parking was easy and access to the center. Everything was accessible
The concert started 1 1/2 later. No music in the mind time. television screens used to be bigger. You couldn't hear the artist very well when she spoke.
Love the concert, she is THE BEST!!! Love the show!
The staff were amazing and accommodating. I did valet and I had hip issues and with no problem I was given access to the elevator. The concert started late but the artist did an amazing job .
Worth every penny for the tickets. She sang all her hits songs, she also sang for a straight 3 hours with no intermission nor her going back stage to change. Spoke and joke with her fans. Love love Ana Gabriel this is my 4th time seeing her and will continue to do so. She is absolutely gorgeous and amazing ♥️♥️ Wow 🤩
Expectacular,love it, wonderful voice,nice,everything perfect.
Was an amazing concert, it was perfect and beautiful
She is amazing greatest Mother's Day gift ever! She song most of the songs
A super incredible concert that of Mrs. Ana Gabriel, I would attend another one again
Back in 1992, I bought tickets for her performance in August. Hurricane Andrew came and of course her concert was canceled. Almost 31 years later, Ana Gabriel is still the queen in my book. Flawless performance. I’m still in awe.
The concert was amazing!!! What an artist and what a show!
Ana Gabriel is a legend for a reason. This was just epic, she sounds so good live! Her charisma on stage is nothing I've experienced before.
Seeing Ana Gabriel in concert is an extraordinary experience, she gives to much to her public, she’s so humble and lovely, the event was amazing
Amazing performance! Concert went on for over 3 hours, kept her audience engaged and poured her heart into every song she sang! Fans sang along during her presentation and continued after her presentation was over. Fans sang her songs in the halls and down the stairs in a perfect choir while on their way to exit the arena! I had never experienced such a thing! Simply to show what a great performance she gave!
Me encantooooo!! the concert was amazing, she’s amazing and had so much energy and dedication to give. Enjoyed every single second of her concert.
From the lighting to the marichichi simply wonderful.
Ticket prices are out of hand, artist was late an hour and decides to sing for only a little bit more than 1 1/2 hrs. What happened to 3 hour concerts. Beer prices are ridiculous at $20 and they don’t even pour the entire beer but expect a good tip. I am starting to get disgusted with this whole idea of going to see an artist live. It is really not worth it anymore!!!
We were very pleased with the staff. They made easy the whole experience from parking to seating it’s extremely smooth and the concert we had a blast. Ana Gabriel simplify, she’s the best!
