    Good Family Fun

by Napakin on 11/28/15Uptown Theatre Napa - Napa

Having visited Ireland this summer we were happy to have the opportunity to revisit the Irish spirit that we fell I love with. We were not disappointed! Good craic! The joy with which the cast danced and sang, told stories all with the accompaniment of a lovely traditional band of talented musicians, makes for an uplifting evening. The speed of those dancing feet! Amazing! And singers gorgeous voices! ! Thank you Uptown theater for bringing in this talented group for a unique evening of cultural fun! Love it!

    Irish CHRISTMAS was delightful!

by Anonymous on 12/26/14Scherr Forum-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts - Thousand Oaks

Music was terrific with several very talented individual musicians. Dancing was superb with the dancers actually looking like they truly enjoyed what they were doing. Singers also had beautiful voices. It was my families one CHRISTMAS event and so glad we picked this one. My Irish father (91 y.o.) loved it too. Will go again next year.

Loved it! We go every year and it's always excellent for my whole family. Some cast changes this year, but the quality was as good as always.

    an Irish Christmas

by talonxyz on 12/24/14Scherr Forum-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts - Thousand Oaks

The title of this show should be an Irish dancing and singing show with a couple of Christmas carols added. Very little Christmas spirit or atmosphere. Disappointing to the children we brought.

    Still smiling......

by MoorparkCouple on 12/24/14Scherr Forum-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts - Thousand Oaks

My wife and I could not stop smiling during the show. The amount of energy and passion coming from the performers was amazing. Wonderful dancing, unbelievable musicians, and dramatic storytelling equals a perfect night out. These young people put on a tremendous show! My wife's birthday is Dec 20th and every year I take her to a live play or show. This is probably her favorite yet. If they come back to Thousand Oaks next year, we'll be there again!

    A good family show

by Anonymous on 12/24/14Scherr Forum-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts - Thousand Oaks

It was a lot of fun and the audience really got into it. The lady in front of us was shushing everyone around her and sort of making everyone feel bad so if you are going to go see this show but hate other people being loud and getting involved then you should stay home or get it on DVD. For everyone else: You will have a blast!!

    An Irish Christmas

by Ralphy1111 on 11/20/14The National Center - Indianapolis

I like going to shows. I enjoy myself almost every time out. This show gets the distinction as being the very first show that I have left at intermission. Worse yet, I was dying for the intermission to come. This production reminded me of a middle school production where everyone applauds regardless of actual merit. I'm sure the participants had talent, as there was a little dancing that displayed such, but the overall production was amateurish at best. I am very disappointed in this venue for even hosting, and selling full price tickets. I will certainly think twice before attending another show at the National center.

    Very entertaining

by theloneranger3 on 11/14/14Murat Theatre at Old National Centre - Indianapolis

Enjoyed the dancers immensely. Also enjoyed the older character telling about "Irish Christmas" - would like to have heard more. Music was good - but could have played a larger role

I loved An Irish Christmas Concert!! The dancing, the singing and the band were all incredible! My favorite was the older woman with the stories of Irish Christmas past. I would love to see this show again!

Worth the long commute. Singing was terrific. Dance was awesome, but a bit repetitious. A great way to celebrate the season.

Not much Christmas. The reading dragged the performance down singing and dancing was excellent. The set was sparse at best

    Irish Christmas-so so

by Suzicooks on 11/28/11Scherr Forum-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts - Thousand Oaks

I wish I could say it was great, but it wasn't. The cast didn't seem to know where to go or when, and at times didn't even seem to know what to do. People wandered onstage before their cues, didn't know when to exit, the main male and female dancers seemed not to know the words to one song that the whole cast was singing, the microphone wasn't working on one male soloist until his second appearance on stage. Really rather amateurish. I try to support Irish events, but this one was made me glad I had brought a friend, instead of someone I was trying to introduce to Irish culture.

Very enjoyable way to kick off Christmas season

by Otoad on 11/28/11Scherr Forum-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts - Thousand Oaks

We were a group of 15, ranging in age from 20 to 69. All thoroughly enjoyed the show and look forward to similar events in the future. Dynamic, entertaining, dancing, singing, music and storytelling kept us enthralled throughout the show and wanting more.
