About

Whitney Houston was a true legend.

Her rich, powerful voice is adored by millions and has spawned an entire industry of gospel-influenced pop singing. She's won six Grammys and two Emmys, sold more than 20 million records worldwide, and ranks as one of the best-selling music artists in history.

Houston's career began with a modest upbringing in Newark, New Jersey. In 1981, she became the lead singer for a group called The New Edition, which was known for its popular radio hits. She soon went on to pursue a solo career and released her debut album in 1985. Over the next 30 years she would have several more No. 1 hits on the Billboard charts, including "How Will I Know," "Saving All My Love for You," and, of course, her version of Dolly Parton's "I Will Always Love You."

It would be hard to overstate the impact Houston had on the music industry throughout her career. She set records that still stand today. She holds the record as the only artist to have seven consecutive No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 hits. She has seven consecutive multi-platinum albums -- six studio albums and a soundtrack album, all released within a 10-year period. And, she was the first artist to have seven consecutive No. 1 hits and the first female artist to enter the Billboard 200 at No. 1. Whitney became known as The Voice for good reason: her vocal range made her a powerhouse even among powerhouses.

She also starred in a number of blockbuster movies, including The Bodyguard (for which she also recorded the theme song), Waiting to Exhale, The Preacher's Wife (for which she won two NAACP Image Awards), and more.

Houston's life and career have come to represent the best of a generation. Her voice, her songs and her stage presence have inspired millions around the world. Although we lost her in 2012, the magic of her presence lives on in her music.

Now, that magic is coming to a stage near you with An Evening With Whitney Houston: The Whitney Houston Hologram Concert. This immersive experience combines cutting-edge digital technology with incredible light displays and 3D sound design to create an unparalleled experience. Houston's hologram is superimposed over live dancers to give you the sensation that you're actually there with her as she performs some of her most famous songs.

This performance is a unique opportunity to celebrate one of the most iconic artists in music history. Audiences can expect an extraordinary evening that delivers all the thrilling vocals and emotions for which Whitney Houston was renowned.

    Ladies Girl

by Love n Vegas on 3/8/22Harrah's Showroom at Harrah's Las Vegas - Las Vegas

I thought the show was awesome, I sang and danced in my seat thought out the hold show. Seating was great, sound was also great. My only negative feedback is they should have moved Whitney closer to the edge of the stage so we could have seen more detail of her performance, other than that I think our weekend trip to Vegas (from Detroit) was worth ever $$$$$.

    Whitney was amazing!

by Gabby on 3/4/22Harrah's Showroom at Harrah's Las Vegas - Las Vegas

Whitney was amazing. The dancers were extremely dance recital-like. The times the dancers were involved it felt like a cheap version of High School Musical put on by a high school theater program. However, Whitney, she was breaktaking. It was so surreal it brought me chills. The band was also amazing. The fact they even had her holograph talking and dancing around was awesome.

    very disappointing

by EbnSD on 3/4/22Harrah's Showroom at Harrah's Las Vegas - Las Vegas

    1. Live band was too loud and drowned out Whitney's voice (hard to believe, but true). 2. Hologram could have been better, movement wise. 3. Would have preferred to hear more of her popular songs. Honestly, I have never seen Whitney live. The hologram is the true Whitney, and I was disappointed in her "connection" to the audience. I was surprised because her music is filled with so much emotion, but that emotion was not there. It was like she was lifeless (sorry, not meant to be a pun). Example is the song. "I Have Nothing." I prefer to listen to her sing it, and not watch her. Not your fault, just an observation on my part. It was on the boring.

    Wonderful Whitney Houston show

by A. K. on 3/2/22Harrah's Showroom at Harrah's Las Vegas - Las Vegas

Really enjoyed the Whitney Houston show. The details in replicating her were very impressive. It was very fun to hear many of the favorite songs. The show usher was also extremely helpful. Getting our picture taken prior to the show was also fun. Thank you to the photographer! I did have a problem getting the mobile Ticketmaster app connection while entering the theatre, but they were very helpful and accommodating to resolve the situation. Thank you!

    The Greatest Hologram of All

by Joss on 3/2/22Harrah's Showroom at Harrah's Las Vegas - Las Vegas

I've never been to a hologram show before, so I didn’t really have any real expectations; however, I was blown away. The show really is an eighty minute long love letter to her fans and of her fans to her. From the band to the dancers to the venues staff, they’ve done Whitney good. Her star burned too hot and bright her on Earth, but wherever is she is now, she’s free.

I had no idea of what to expect. From the moment the show started I was in awe. Whitney looked life like. Her movements and mannerisms were on point. The crowd was dancing and singing along with her. Some were even shouting out her name. I am so happy ai found this show while in Vegas. I was one of the highlights of my time there.

    Whitney Houston Hologram Concert

by J. S. on 2/23/22Harrah's Showroom at Harrah's Las Vegas - Las Vegas

First, what a tragedy her life became and the dark road Bobby Brown brought her down. She had so much talent and a beautiful voice. We just saw a CNN special on Whitney. As for the show. It was good, not great or outstanding. The problem my wife and I had was the show had live dancers (5) on stage. They danced around and in front of Whitney, but they made Whitney look like she was 4'8. So, the show and sound were good, the image of Whitney made her look small and unreal. Just My Humble Opinion (JMHO).

    Whitney

by SJC on 2/16/22Harrah's Showroom at Harrah's Las Vegas - Las Vegas

Dancers were average - not sure if the band was actually playing - the Whitney hologram is a joke. I have saw many shows in Vegas. This was the worst and not worth the money.
