Was interesting hearing Bruce talk about his life and how he joined Iron Maiden. He has a great sense of humor!
It was a fantastic experience. I enjoyed Bruce's point of view on how He got into Iron Maiden. It was also very fascinating to hear about other events in his Life. It was great that He took the time to answer fan questions who were in attendance at the event.
I can not tell you how much I loved it. He is an amazing story teller and could write books about the coolest and weirdest moments in his live. So many twists and unexpected turns. And yet he is not much different than any of us. Get some tickets, you will not regret it. TRUST ME
Great storyteller! Alot of information about what I wanted to know.
I loved it. At the age of 45, I am an Iron Maiden Fan and a Bruce Dickinson admirer for as long as I can remember. My encounter of Bruce in this context deepen my connection to the universal providence of my being soul mates with the music of Iron Maiden. Throughout my life, Iron Maiden magically always matched my rhythm, vibe, and mood. After traveling 50 countries, serving in several militaries, spending my time to assist recovery in suffering all around the world for over 25 years, Iron Maiden kept me ticking. The genuine human interaction, openness, kindness, and humbleness Bruce displayed once again verified that I was born for and with Iron Maiden and Iron Maiden with me. I will ever cherish this memory as one of the most precious moments of my life.
I’m a fan of his book and I knew he would be taking his written experiences from the book to the stage. I was very impressed how captivating, charismatic, humorous and entertaining he was! Highly recommend!
Loved the stories and stage presence! I have been a fan for a long time
THEE Bruce Dickinson is true entertainer and an exceptional storyteller.
Bruce was sharp, well-prepared, and completely engaged in the event... Learned much more about Bruce and IM, and his 2nd half Q&A was humorous, answering several divergent topics, ending w/ an a-capella rendition of 'Man of Sorrows'... just brilliant!
Bruce Dickinson has done it again, this time as a stand up comedy using his own life experiences and points of view. A novel idea indeed. I really didn’t know what to expect from the talking tour, but the event beat my expectations. Bruce talks for almost 2 hours Including a Q& A section with theatrical expressions, humour and stories from his life, with pictures being flashed in the background, revealing the human side of the rock star. A must see if you are a Maiden fan
Didn't have a clue what to expect. Turned out pretty amazing with a bunch of cool and funny stories. Great night out.
We saw “An Evening With Bruce Dickinson” The venue was great! Very easy to get to. Parking was easy and cheap! Comfortable seats and intimate theater! Bruce was so funny and entertaining! We had a blast! Will definitely return to the Palace of Fine Arts for future events!
More than just the lead singer of Iron Maiden, Bruce Dickinson filled the entire evening with stories from his life, his views and his world. There was never a dull moment as he ran through his life with great impressions of characters in his life. He even shared a song at the end of the night. I highly recommend seeing this show!!!
Great show and well worth it! This was my son Harrison's 16th bday present (he's the #3 Maiden listener on Spotify :) so I was the transport, but I loved it. Bruce's storytelling and humor were great. You could have plucked anyone off the street knowing nothing about Iron Maiden or Bruce Dickinson and they would have been thoroughly entertained!
It was wonderful being in his presence as well as spend an evening with a bunch of metal heads. I was hoping he would take this show to the Bay Area and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to go. 🤘
A evening with Bruce Dickinson is amazing he talks about maiden, airplanes, birth/death, childhood all while making it funny and very entertaining!
Saw Bruce at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco (excellent venue by the way). 2.5 hour show going over his life from early childhood to present day. Photos accompanied his dialog. Great show. Very entertaining. He did some acapella which was awesome.
Bruce has so much to give based on his multiple roles: singer, songwriter, entrepreneur, olympic fencer, pilot, etc. I thought the event was going to be more lecture based and serious. Instead, we got a sort of stand-up comedy show. At one point he seemed to be all over the place with one of the stories he was trying to tell. I'm a fan, but didn't enjoy this evening as much. The evening felt like an artist's portfolio where the pieces don't connect so well. Didn't find advise nor inspiration in his tales. Left the theater with so little from a man that has so much to give.
It was a very exciting evening that I wasn’t expecting! What a wonderful entertainer! I loved the sense of humor!
