Awesome....they've still got it!! And Ken Stacey, lead singer, blew us away...I could listen to him for days and never get tired of listening to that awesome voice.

Ambrosia on Tour
Ambrosia, an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1970, is back in action. Their 2022 tour, ambrosialive, is bringing together a long-running and loyal audience. The band boasts five Top 40 hit singles released between the years of 1975 and 1980. The singles include "Holdin' on to Yesterday," "You're the Only Woman (You & I)," "Biggest Part of Me," and "How Much I Feel." The 2022 tour includes all members of the original band -- bassist/vocalist Joe Puerta, drummer/vocalist Burleigh Drummond and keyboardist/vocalist Christopher North -- plus guitarist/vocalist Doug Jackson (guitar and vocals), Ken Stacey (vocals) and Mary Harris (keyboards and vocals.) The band has been playing together for 25 years. Seeing Ambrosia live is a nostalgic and energizing experience. The tour will span the United States over the course of the year.
Ambrosia Live in Concert
Ambrosia was named after the band's desire to be eclectic in style, encompassing all shades, textures, colors, and styles. The band was originally formed as a quartet. Ambrosia soared to the top of the mainstream music charts despite being progressive in nature. Being from Southern California, the band was inspired by artists such as The Beach Boys and The Beatles. Ambrosia got their start in 1971 when a friend of the band who was running sound for the Hollywood Bowl invited the band to play onstage to test the sound system. Gordon Perry, the head engineer, invited them to attend performances with the Los Angeles Philharmonic. The conductor chose to feature Ambrosia as part of the "All American Dream Concert." After landing a deal with 20th Century Fox Records, the band became an American legend. Today, the band still maintains a loyal and enthusiastic following. Ambrosia live in concert in 2022 certainly stands to be a reunion and celebration of epic proportions.

Ambrosia was not worth it
by DJHT on 11/27/13Fort McDowell Casino-Fountain Hills - Fountain HillsRating: 2 out of 5The sound quality was the worst I ever herd. I could see the singer singing, but could not hear it,. It was the same for the lead guitar. The show started at 8 pm. Poco and Firefall played for less than 30 minutes each and Ambrosia for less than an hour. The show ended at 10pm. If I would of known that, I wouldn't of bought the tickets, driven 250 miles to get to the concert or stayed at the casino.
poco, firefall, ambrosia
by joeyjjt on 11/27/13Fort McDowell Casino-Fountain Hills - Fountain HillsRating: 4 out of 5very entertaining. they covered all the hits. only negative was the sound system.
Rushed and lacking
by plugin on 11/27/13Fort McDowell Casino-Fountain Hills - Fountain HillsRating: 1 out of 5Too little time allowed to the each of the first 2 acts. Come on man...4 & 5 songs? That's not a concert. Ambrosia performed well.
Just Awesome!!
by Amazed69 on 11/26/13Fort McDowell Casino-Fountain Hills - Fountain HillsRating: 5 out of 5This was such a great concert! To hear the music you grew up with and the memories that come back was just wonderful. All bands were amazing. Loved Firefall and Poco. Ambrosia just finished off a wonderful evening with a great performance that was unforgettable. I would definitely see them all again.
Firefall rocked!
by callahans13 on 11/26/13Fort McDowell Casino-Fountain Hills - Fountain HillsRating: 2 out of 5Ambrosia was OK at best. People were leaving before they finshed. Firefall rocked! Fort McDowell casino is not a very good place for a concert. It was in a banquet room. I can't wait to see Firefall again, Poco was ok they didn't seem ready to play.
Poco /Firefall /Ambrosia
by rockfanfromwayback on 11/26/13Fort McDowell Casino-Fountain Hills - Fountain HillsRating: 3 out of 5Sound system or those who worked it were very very bad. I think it made the bands sound so out of whack. Stage lights were aimed at audience,we couldnt see stage for first 10 minutes. Rookie set up all the way around. Feel bad for the bands. They didnt get a fair shot at Fort McDowell Casino
Not the greatest place to see a concert
by TheMcGuires on 11/26/13Fort McDowell Casino-Fountain Hills - Fountain HillsRating: 2 out of 5I was unhappy with the setup for the concert. Half of the seats were VIP. When I tried to buy reserve seating online it was unavailable. I have never heard of setting aside that many seats for VIPs. Even though we got there 2 hours early we were still sitting way in the back. The seats were uncomfortable and because I'm short, I had trouble see the acts unless I looked at the video screen since the seating is not graduated like normal concert venues. I would not go back there to see a concert. Talking Stick's venue is way better.
Ambrosia / Firefall / Poco concert
by GGPeoria on 11/26/13Fort McDowell Casino-Fountain Hills - Fountain HillsRating: 3 out of 5For the price , it was worth it but would have preferred better seats and better sound quality. Fun night even though the audience helped the singer with reaching the keys they couldn't ... (Talking about POCO lead singer especially) . A rush of old memories with all those songs from Ambrosia, Firefall and Poco. Cameraman needs training because when the Sax was playing solo - Camera was on the guitar. Volume of backup singers was louder than the lead singer. Someone was sleeping behind the wheel, you could say
Classic Memories
by Distillerman on 11/26/13Fort McDowell Casino-Fountain Hills - Fountain HillsRating: 5 out of 5The bands were excellent. A very special treat to enjoy these groups in such a small venue. Seeing them in their glory days, filling arenas and supporting other acts in the '60s (Poco) and the '70s, made this experience very special.
Ambrosia was terrible
by Gerrie33 on 11/26/13Fort McDowell Casino-Fountain Hills - Fountain HillsRating: 4 out of 5Poco was better than I expected. FirefFall was good, but Ambrosia acted like they didn't want to be there. They played 2 of their hits and some other song that no one knew or could understand the words. Bad ending to what was a great evening. Ambrosia played song like they were hard rock, not soft rock.

Great Night with Ambrosia
by Denyse7 on 4/21/13Bears Den At Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel - Niagara FallsRating: 5 out of 5Ambrosia was one of my favorite groups during the 80's and still is today. They still sound just as good. It was a great concert. They had the audience engaged from beginning to end. After the concert they came out and signed autographs and were very friendly. I took my daughter to the concert, and now she is a fan too.
Can't wait for Ambrosia t return.
by dedeededeee on 4/21/13Bears Den At Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel - Niagara FallsRating: 5 out of 5The show was great. We purchased the dvd and every member signed it. That was an unexpected bonus.
Ambrosia's better days are behind them!
by Chiefrck on 4/21/13Bears Den At Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel - Niagara FallsRating: 3 out of 5They played a couple of decent songs but mostly they sounded amateurish.
Ambrosia was absolutely fantastic!
by Bonnalee on 4/21/13Bears Den At Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel - Niagara FallsRating: 5 out of 5Best live group I've seen in a long time! This group had way too much fun performing and they brought a lot of excitement to the crowd.
Ambrosia in NF
by dzfromny on 4/21/13Bears Den At Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel - Niagara FallsRating: 5 out of 5Ambrosia played as well as they ever have to an obviously appreciative crowd. For a couple of hours, I was able to relive some of my younger days. The crowd gave them several standing ovations during their set. Buffalo has always been a great place for Ambrosia as they have developed a large following and I can't wait until they come back again
