Purchasing the mobile ticket via Ticketmaster was easy and quick. The venue (Greensboro Coliseum) essentially was cashless. I did not like that. If the NFL (Indianapolis Colts Season Ticket Holder) accepts cash, this event should have, too. Great seat. Great atmosphere. Clean venue. Easy parking ($7).
Attended 2 games. Prices for tickets and parking were very reasonable. Fanfest was a lot of fun and worth going early for. Seats were good and the games were great!
It was awesome. Everything was exciting, excellent, and easy. The 💺were great and I am happy 😊 I used TICKETMASTER. Having my tickets on my phone saved so much time. No standing in line.🤩😍🥰
Awesome atmosphere! our son really enjoyed the Fan feast . great seats a great price.
Everyone was helpful place was clean. Nice seats great view
The seats were nice and organized, everyone was helpful and it was not hard to find where I needed to be. It was a great atmosphere!!! I cannot wait for next year!
Purchase my ticket on short notice. Received excellent seating for the games I wanted. Facility was great electronic ticket smooth operation.
Lifetime b-ball fan, first time ACC tourney attendee. Love the event, the energy, the athleticism, the sportsmanship, the swagger! ACC & Greensboro put on a great show!
Accessing the tickets digitally was an adventure in ineptness. They were here and then they weren’t. Then they were back and then they were gone. Delivery by covered wagon would be more dependable. Very frustrating. Customer service is nonexistent. Anyone can take your money, but not everyone can deliver the product.
The games were great, the Greensboro Colesium staff was excellent. The games were competitive and the fans and atmosphere were off the hook! Thanks for a great weekend of basketball and fun!
Found your mobile system to be too complicated & slow. Difficulty accessing tickets for Championship game Mar. 8 for scanning to enter for the game. There was insufficient/untrained staff to assist with Ticketmaster issues. Most likely we will not uses Ticketmaster in the future.
First live college basketball game, and it has a LOT more fun stuff going on for the fans than a TV broadcast bothers to show (especially compared to commercials, or ESPN's "Commercial Break" filler screen). Interesting "ACC Hall of Fame" exhibit worth a look while waiting for gates to open. Downsides: LOT of walking involved (esp if forgetting to leave "forbidden" items in car - check the list beforehand). Seating is very tight with little foot space for others to get by your seat to get to theirs, or out (seats are big enough and decently padded for non-big people). Parking convenient, but pricey ($7 for ACC b-ball tournament, seeing concerts a lot more). Save 33% buying at ticket office ahead of time vs online.
Greensboro Coliseum was absolutely perfect for this event. It is a convenient location for many and a Class A facility. Since they did not expect a sell out, seating was restricted with drapes to mostly downstairs. The arena looked great! All seats were cushioned and had good views of the games. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful, the lighting good and concessions over the top. Parking was nearby. I really didn't like having an MC for the games. Videos of the athletes and coaches was really well done. (Closed captioning would have helped.)
Disappointed that this event does revolve around the young girls that attend this event. Some girls attend this event because they aspire to play basketball at the next level. Fun things at halftime and in between games should be focused towards the young girls.
We were able to quickly and efficiently buy our tickets then pick them up at the will call window with no problems. However, my 92 year old friend needs accessible seating, but not wheelchair, and the map for the Greensboro Coliseum does not clearly show the steps. We had to do some extra fanagaling to get our seats together because if we can not sit together, what is the use of going? God bless ya'll.
See: share your experience! i’ve Said it all above. I loved the ND CHAMPSHIP run!!!
GREAT TURNOUT FOR ACC TOURNEY! GREENSBORO COLISEUM BEST PLACE FOR WOMEN'S TOURNAMENT!
Arrived in Greensboro. I'll first general admission seats we're not to bad. But the two tickets we had for Sunday's game was the perfect seating
I loved the location! The Price! The family friendly atmosphere! The half time show for the first game was awesome and exciting.
