  • Wow

by JAM Session on 12/5/22Beacon Theatre - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Devon Allman said this was the first time they played all Allman Brothers, all night. It was amazing to see the sons of Gregg Allman and Dickey Betts standing next to each other, playing their fathers’ songs. They look and sound like their fathers. Duane Betts nailed all his father’s solos and dresses like him too, down to the cowboy hat and boots. The setlist was impeccable. Great night of music.

  • As great as ever

by IDS on 12/5/22Beacon Theatre - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

The Allman Family Revival was a phenomenal show. Watching them at the Beacon Theater brought back amazing memories, and they sounded as good as the original (almost).

  • Long Solos

    by 1BadDawg on 11/29/22Macon City Auditorium - MaconRating: 3 out of 5

I love music. All kinds really. I love good guitar solo's, but longer than usual or normal guitar solo's I feel drag's the song, and that's what I felt with all the solo's on most all the song's played with the Allman Family Revival.

  • Amazed!

I really enjoyed this concert from the location near my hometown, to the venue where it was held. The staff were very professional and kind with scanning us and getting our tickets scanned. I felt very safe and comfortable. The atmosphere was very calm and pleasant. I rarely go to a concert that people actually stay in there seats and listen to the music. It was a pleasure to sit comfortably and relax and just be entertained with some of the new generation of the Allman family and fiends and letting it bring back all those memories of my younger days growing up with the original Allman Brothers Band. Well done! I look forward to the next one!

  • A must for ABB fans

by JulieDiane on 11/29/22Macon City Auditorium - MaconRating: 5 out of 5

First show of the tour kicked off in Macon, GA - adopted home and final resting place for the Brothers. The show was anchored by Devon Allman and Duane Betts but features a variety of super talented musicians staying with the Allmon Brothers music theme. Very enjoyable and especially touching when Deven Allmon and Maggie Rose preformed "These Days" with a photo history on the giant projection in the back. Everyone on the stage for "Midnight Rider" was also perfect. Very well done.

  • Great Show

I was lucky enough to see the Allman Brothers dozens of times over 40 years. They were my favorite band. The Allman Family Revival is a great idea. I saw the Devon Allman project and the Allman Betts band 4 or 5 times. I like them but they’re NOT the Allman brothers. I like it when better musicians play the Allman Brothers music. Having Devon play the role of Ringo while introducing different people keeps the legacy alive. Definitely see them if you can

Great show! Good use of guests, great song choices and played two full sets plus George Porter Jr as opening act…….I give it 5 stars….most of the time these things are poorly thought out and poorly executed BUT that was not the case here!!

  • AWESOME CONCERT!!!

by Bev on 11/29/22Macon City Auditorium - MaconRating: 5 out of 5

Devon, Hall, & Betts were my FAVORITE ❤ River Kittens were great! Just my opinion, I wasn't to wild about Porter Jr. I can't remember the guy's name that sang SOUL SHINE - but he done an AMAZING job!!!

  • Fabulous 4 hours of music.

by Dianne on 11/29/22Macon City Auditorium - MaconRating: 5 out of 5

The performers were all terrific. Some I had never heard before, like River kittens, were very good. I may try & go to another performance in NC!

  • Allman Joy

by Crimson Guy on 11/29/22Macon City Auditorium - MaconRating: 5 out of 5

Knocked it out of the park! A very entertaining change from the traditional concerts. Devon Allman and Duane Betts are the perfect troubadours in the Allman Brothers tradition of Southern Rock & Blues. The long list of “sitting in” artists were a great treat. The show included most of the greatest Allman songs. A fantastic memory to keep for a lifetime.

All acts were good! Jimmy Hall & Maggie Rose were powerful. Duane Betts singing “Blue Sky” was awesome! “These Days” & “Midnight Rider” were magnificent!

  • Where it all began

by Raoul on 11/29/22Macon City Auditorium - MaconRating: 5 out of 5

The Allman family revival was all it’s cracked up to be. Having been an Allman Brothers fan for 50 years, this is a no miss all-star performance.

  • Allman Family Revival - great show, needed larger audience!

by BigJames on 11/29/22Macon City Auditorium - MaconRating: 5 out of 5

Man, what a great show, unfortunately, due to Covid, try 3 and happened to hit on a night where Macon was hoppin! Otis Redding Foundation had something happening, tree lighting, the Trucks Kid's had a show at Grant's, and were unbelievable at this show too, lot of folks did double duty. The players were amazingly good, music spot on, guests were superlative. Jimmy Hall was as loud as ever, thank God for it, Maggie Rose and Larry McCray, from different genres, just tore up the place.... What was needed was a larger audience. While the crowd was good and boisterous as one would expect from Macon, it was a bit aged and light. Macon, we can do better than this, the musicians sure did!

I saw them at the opening show in Macon Georgia. It was so appropriate to kick the show off and the hometown of the original band. I feel that Devon Allman and Duane Betts did their fathers proud. Everything adid there fathers proud. Everything about the show is perfect. If it comes to your town, please attend and you won’t be sorry.

  • The best concert we’ve been to.

by speedgoddess on 11/29/22Macon City Auditorium - MaconRating: 5 out of 5

Every part of this concert was awesome. From the opening act, to the guest players and singers. I can’t stress enough how talented everyone was and how fast the 4 hour show went by.

  • Great evening of live music

Wonderful night listening to Southern Rock. I enjoyed how the boy's kept the Allman Brothers styles and sounds. All the guests performers were on point.
