ALEX SENSATION IN CONCERT:
Superstar DJ and New York radio personality Alex Sensation is one of Caribbean music's biggest champions, bringing his signature blend of bachata, merengue, and electronica to clubs around the world. Whether he's laying it down at a community festival or raising the roof at a sports arena, fans lucky enough to catch Alex on tour in 2014 can expect a rhythm-filled night of dancing to cutting-edge Latin dance music. Returning to Madison Square Garden in 2014 for his annual La Mega Mezcla Live showcase, Alex will be joined by some of Latin music's hottest acts including Wisin, Plan B, and Sean Paul.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Columbian-born Alex Sensation immigrated to the US at a young age, getting his start as a DJ in his teens and landing a job at New York City's legendary Copacabana Club by age 17. Attracting the attention of radio impresario Tony Luna, Alex began mixing on the air, landing a gig as the main DJ of La Mega 97.9 FM's popular "La Mega Mezcla del Mediodia" program. Honing a unique mix of Caribbean-influenced sounds, Alex became one of the Northeast's hottest Latin club DJs. Six years later, he remains La Mega 97.9's most popular DJ, continuing to bring together the brightest talent in Latin music at the annual La Mega Mezcla Live featuring Alex Sensation and Friends concert.

Too many no name artists with one hit performed Saturday night. It seemed as if they needed to fill spots and just contracted whoever. Ozuna was AMAZING, as was Yandel - but the rest I could have went without. Hoping next year is better if they do it next year - but this year was a waste of money

I had a great time. All the performers were excellent. My only dislike was the seating. I was not able to find my seats as there was no sign. Only chalk that was faded.
Alex was sensational as per usual and the mega always puts an amazing show. I win tickets all the time with the mega and it never disappoints. Thanks again for the free tickets and for a stupendous show!!!!
Disappointed the larger TVs were not on my sit was by the side of stage were I only saw who was going to perform next not even the side screen I wasn't able to see I was really excited to be Disappointed
Great show. ^_^ 5+ hours good Overall music. Yandel, young miko, ozuna, bachata from e. martinez, and many more. ^_^ would go again.
While the artist line up was good. The quality of the sound and screens at the prudential center was garbage if yo were on level 2 or higher you couldn't hear what the artist was singing. Drink were what you would expect at an event like this
The show was AMAZING! Im rating my it a 3 stars because i paid front row seats and to have a ton of people in front of the barricades blocking my view just because they had some sort of bands with special access was ABSOLUTELY unfair to me as a paying customer. The place was clean, food was good, drinks were good, and the majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope the next event, they will stick with the no people in that zone as it should be because i paid top dollar to not have my views blocked! Alex Sensation once again out did him self and all the musicians WERE AMAZING! Can’t wait for next one!
It was great but the first hour was so dragging by these new artist. If that’s the case they should start them earlier or have them sing only one or two songs max. Other than that, my friend and I had a good time.
Really expected Alex to spin on stage. He literally showed up for about 15-20min max, and left. Never again.
The performance was great! We had seat 1 & 2 and all the people who didn’t have seat were standing on the stairs leaning on the railing. Blocked our views. I did see towards the middle they took all the others who were all the way down which was great. Not fair for those who paid a lot for good seat on section 9. Need to get more security since 3 people were moved about 4 times for seating on other peoples seat. Crazy

The section where I was at 2:12 row four seat three and four never again it was horrible. The sound sounded horrible and I had to even leave early.
This was such a great concert. It ran so efficiently too. I loved that they had a revolving stage. I think that’s a great idea to maximize the energy and get to see the best of all the artists. The sound was just right and fir the price I paid it was a real deal to se as many artists as I did. Alex Sensation never disappoints and I knew that going in. Thank you
