Over the course of his career, Alan Jackson has played famous venues such as the American Airlines Center, the Wells Fargo Arena, and the Smoothie King Center.

    GREAT !!!

by TaylorTea on 7/11/09Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

Wonderful event. The sound was great and natural sounding--including the opening act Josh Turner. I'd seen Alan Jackson in Dallas at Superpages.com's venue and it was TOO LOUD. My fears were relieved and we had a great night at the Nokia!!!!

by Marshall on 7/11/09Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

The show was great. The opening act was also terrific. Alan Jackson is just a great entertainer, singer and musician. I would recommend his show to anyone of any age. We are older, but we enjoyed him just as much as some of the younger ones did.

    Alan Jackson is YHA EEEEEEEEEE

by daddyo on 7/11/09Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

How can you not love the sincere humblness of a superstar and grasp the heart felt feelings from his writings like Drive or Where Were You. I will never forget how he touched me with his performance of Where Were You at the Country Awards show right after 911. When I saw him perform it live 8 years later I'm not ashamed to admit I cried again. His set was smooth and tight yet simple and while playing most all of his great songs he proved the chops are still there. God Bless Alan Jackson

Foot stomping, hand clapping yee haw kind of concert. One of the best I have ever seen. Alan Jackson is such a good ole boy and portrays this in his music. Sensitive, loves his family, loves his country and loves his fans. He is number one in my book.

    Alan Jackson....still got it!

by AmbriaT on 7/11/09Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

This was an awesome night. First off when Josh Turner opens, you could just end the evening after that. Josh was so incredible live. That deep voice, it was unforgettable. Then to see Alan Jackson still going strong after all these years was really great. He has so many great hits and played them terrifically!

    Alan Jackson

by iupd on 7/11/09Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

Josh Turner opened and was the real performer, making the audience revel in delight as he introduced a song, or anticipated a note that carried the feeling of the verse. Alan Jackson sang without feeling, as if he has been doing this for too long and just went through his list of popular hits. He was good, but not great.

    What an entertainer!!!

by barbc on 7/11/09Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

Josh Turner was a great opener but when Alan Jackson came out....WOW!!!! He was such a great entertainer!!! While remaining calm, cool & collected he put on one of the greatest shows I have ever been to. I have always been an Alan Jackson fan but I think he made me a fan forever with this show. I went to see Kenny Chesney only a couple weeks before and I actually enjoyed Alan Jacksons show much better. This was the first time I went to the Nokia theatre and it was great. I will definitely go there for more concerts. The parking was very accessible and you didnt have to walk far at all. The wait to get in was very short and I was impressed with the set-up of the venue. We had seats in the upper balcony but could still see very well and the sound was awesome!! Kudos to you Alan Jackson and keep on doing what you do best....ENTERTAIN!!!!

    Alan Jackson Nokia

by DannoFTW on 7/11/09Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

Josh Turner opened and was excellent. Played quite a along time and connected with the audience. AJ played longer than expected, but felt he just goes through the motions..spends his time, does his songs, then bye. Didn't feel like he put heart into it. Think the big stars forget how expensive these concerts are for fans, and they just want to get their paycheck for a 1.5 hour performance. Nokia is a great forum for music thoiugh.
