Disney’s ALADDIN is a dazzling and extravagant showcase of special effects — including a flying magic carpet during “A Whole New World” — as well as glittering-gold costumes and art deco-style sets that mirror the grandeur of a Busby Berkeley musical. One of Broadway’s most popular musical comedies, the show opened at the legendary New Amsterdam Theatre on March 20, 2014, and has since broken numerous house records (grossing over $500 million on Broadway). Eight-time Oscar winner Alan Menken composed the show’s music. The lyrics are by two-time Oscar winner Howard Ashman (Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid), as well as three-time Tony Award and three-time Oscar winner Tim Rice and six-time Tony Award nominee Chad Beguelin. The book is by Beguelin and direction/choreography is by two-time Tony Award-winner Casey Nicholaw.

Great experience, the actors and voices were stunnig!
Watching Aladdin was coming back to my childhood and falling in love again. I highly recommend this musical to those lovers of love.
This show gave me everything I wanted and more in one of my favorite Disney movies of all time. All of the main characters were played to perfection with a special note for the Genie and Iago (they were hilarious). Definitely worth all of the money and more would recommend this show to anyone, first time or not.
Is tu Great, the comedy musical is very Nice. I will come back i think
In general, it was a good show, but I think there are some parts a bit boring, and the end seemed to me very short and rushed.
We loved the show. The special effects were amazing and everyone in the cast and crew were spectacular!!! A must see!
Super pleasant evening at the new Amsterdam theater! The location is great, the play was magical as expected. I would have liked to see more the genie! And big applause to the customes and sets!
This is the BEST Broadway show for our multigenerational family - grandma/daughter/granddaughter! One of the best produced shows ever - this show moves along so well and never a dull moment. The set is fabulous and special effects are fantastic. The length is perfect and the high energy is amazing. We all loved it and will see it again and again.
Great Broadway Play …Great Acting…Great Music…Must See!!!
Impressive show with great actors and an amazing Djini! Highly recommend!
This show was amazing! It was family friendly. The theater was beautiful. The actors were great along with the costumes, sets, and music. I took my 9 year old for her birthday and she said it was her favorite show thus far. Highly recommend!

This show was amazing! The vocals were great. the seats in the theatre need updating. Overall a memorable experience.
What a fantastic performance.A must see classic for all the family,as we all enjoyed it.Being from the uk on holiday in New York would definitely make another booking well done everybody.
This musical is full of Arabian style, humorous and heartwarming, and vividly presents fantasy adventure. Each character is full-bodied, Aladdin is both timid and brave, the princess is confident and powerful, and the Genie is cute and reliable. There are also many song and dance shows in the movie, which are very enjoyable to watch.
The Broadway shows are something one must see at least once. The Aladdin musical is a marvelous show. I loved the costumes and background sets; they were phenomenal. The cast was terrific, and the actors were spectacular; they lived up to every expectation I had. Amazing special effects. The theater is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this show.
The play was great. They do magic quick changes through the show. It's funny and romantic. Their costumes are full of color .
Intermission was wayyyyyyy to short for the amount of people trying to buy drinks/concessions. You can’t get up to use the bathroom so make sure you go before because intermission isn’t until about an hour and some minutes into the show. Other than that it was everything magical Disney always delivers!
both of my children did not take their eyes off the stage for the entire show. It was so entertaining! The Genie is absolutely hysterical and is really entertaining as well.
Amazing show, having a very good Tim with the kids, my kids love it a lot
