With their 40th anniversary at hand in 2013, legendary country band Alabama embarked on their first tour in more than a decade and released an officially endorsed tribute album titled "Alabama and Friends." The album features current country stars covering some of Alabama's country-rock classics -- including Kenny Chesney on "Lady Down on Love," Jason Aldean on "Tennessee River," Luke Bryan on "Love in the First Degree," and the Eli Young Band on "The Closer You Get" -- along with two new Alabama songs. It was a fitting tribute for the most successful band in country music history, which logged 34 singles that topped Billboard's country singles chart between 1980 and 2011 and has sold more than 75 million albums. The band's core remains the same as when it was founded in 1969, when they were known as Wildcountry: Randy Owen (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), his cousin Teddy Gentry (bass), and another cousin, Jeff Cook (lead guitar, keyboards, fiddle). By 1973, the trio had decided to pursue music full time and they signed their first record deal -- and changed their name to The Alabama Band at the label's request -- in 1977. By the '80s, the band had hit its stride, moving huge numbers of concert tickets and filling their trophy cases with multiple Grammy, CMA and ACM awards.

One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. The entire band is chock full of extremely talented musicians. Randy Owen & Teddy Gentry put on a phenomenal show! They may be getting older but they still put on one hell of a show!!!
Best concert ever!!!!! Band is Awesome!! Randy & Teddy always put their heart & soul into their performances!! Songs/Lyrics are for the Ages!!💕
Glad to have seen Alabama finally after 40yrs - Randy is showing his age (73!), but still put on a heck of a show. The lady playing the 'fiddle' was in my opinion, the highlight of the show - she can flat play that fiddle! Her solos were amazing! Overall, the band is fantastic! Orion sure has spoiled us in acoustics.... the Arena acoustics are terrible (when we used to think it was good before Orion). I know if you want a concert in the rainy, winter, the arena is the only option. Oh, and floor seating was quite CHILLY due to the fact you're sitting on ice with just one layer of flooring (trying) to insulate you from the ice! (it does keep drinks nice and cold)
It was wonderful not having to keep up with Tickets and having them on my app!! And the Concert was the Best!!!!!❤️❤️❤️
Acoustics were terrible! Concert was okay but not great.
The show was awesome. Tribute for Veterans and very interactive with fans.
They did an awesome job. They sang so many songs. I love the way they told the story about how some many of them came to be. The one that got me the most was Angels among us. That song is gold. I started out with Alabama in the 80s and have loved them all these years. Their voices are still beautiful. Thank you so much for still being out here singing.
Great concert! There were some issues with the acoustics in the arena.. was a little disappointed they didn’t play Roll On. But the fiddle player was on fire!!
I loved every minute of this 2 hour show - they absolutely delivered a great experience...and patriotic too! Can't say enough good things.
Considering the limitations of the band, it was pretty good. Wasn’t really worth the price I paid!
The show was Great! And upon arrival our tickets were upgraded,Thanks Ticketmaster!
I surprised my mom with tickets for an early Christmas present. Alabama is her favorite band ever, which made me a fan as well. I’m only 22 but i loved every second of it. Thankful to experience that with her!
Great show as always enjoy the venue very much. Hope to see them again in the future
It was great to see them live! I knew the downfall would be the age of the band, so with that being said, it was a good show. I was especially thrilled to hear my favorite Christmas song! The sound with the opening and Alabama seemed off though. Like the mics were too loud compared to the music with Lorrie Morgam and Pam Tillis, and not loud enough compared to the music for Alabama.
Enjoy the concert, music was great, still entertaining, loved it!!
This show was fabulous. They sounded great and still have the it factor. Well worth the money.
I felt like I was at a bar watching a band from a distance. I can't believe they wasn't on the big screen where we could actually see them. I know what they all looked like back in the 90's went to their concerts back then.
I attend multiple concerts a year and this one had everyone clapping and dancing along with the music. Such a fun concert! Only disappointed was the fact that they didn’t have cameras showing the concert live on the big screen. I had decent seats and still had a hard time seeing them. I know the ones in the uppers seats had a hard time seeing them.
Venue was excellent!! Alabama was amazing!! Lorrie Morgan and Pam Tillis were so good too!! Wonderful evening!!!
