The Alabama Theatre does not have a full-time box office. The on-site box office opens 90 minutes before showtime for most events, and 1 hour before showtime for movies. Advance tickets may be purchased at Ticketmaster.com.

Will Call is only available beginning 90 minutes before that show. Will Call tickets may not be picked up at another event or when the box office is not open.

This is an accessible venue. Accessible entrance is located on 3rd Avenue North. The Floor level (1st level) is accessible and does not require any stairs for access. Wheelchair spaces are marked on the Floor level.

No weapons of any kind are allowed in the Alabama Theatre. All guests will be scanned with a metal detector wand and bags will be checked before entry to the building. No outside food or drink is allowed.

Children ages 2 and under do not need a ticket for most shows. This policy may vary for events designed for children. Please check the event listing for more specific information.
