i think they did a great job for the space they had also the bike show was cool also the rc show . the robots were real neat. i would go again.

This was the first Monster Jam event my family & I attended. Huge Jumps!, Loud Engines! & Sick Donuts!! We had a blast. After the show all the drivers signed autographs. We are excited to see what next years line up will be.

This show was so exciting! We had seats at the top of the arena but that didn't matter. We could see perfectly. My boys loved every second of it.

The Van Andel arena in grand rapids Mi was to small for monsterjam I mean there were 6 trucks and there was no way they could all drive at once. Way to small of an arena. Its like driving a Mazurati in a driveway. But overall the show was great and my 2.5 year old loved it but make sure you buy GOOD EAR PROTECTION FOR YOUR CHILD. Preferably the earmuff kind. But we were in the third row and it was kinda loud for him and we even doubled up with ear plugs and the ear muffs which were made for shooting.

Kids enjoyed it but Van Andel is too small for monster trucks no room to really do anything.

The trucks and drivers were great, two thumbs up. great show!!! But the intermission show - transforming battling alien robot cars scared the crap out of my kid(6yrs old) and alot of other kids in the stands, i thought it was way to mature for them & innapropriate(gun fighting&taking over the planet- really?). The arena was too small for this type of event in my opinion also.

Great show for someone who has never been to a monster truck show. VanAndel Arena is a small venue for the trucks but still good. The bike show was very very good!!! If you have children, make signs, your chances of getting free stuff.

Monster jam was amazing an all the special features they put on was even better!!

I would recommend seeing this in a bigger stadium. The trucks didnt do the stunts and races like they do in Detroit.

It was our family's first trip to a Monster Jam event and overral it was o.k. My son was disappointed that there was no dirt for the monster trucks. And wish the arena would have been bigger. Overral the kids did have fun and have been playing with their monster jam trucks non-stop since we came home:)

By far not the best performance. We went multiple times in Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana. Wanted to have fun with the kids and will NEVER go to another one at the Van Andel.

The arena is too small for this kind of event! When we went to the circus, it seemed okay for that but not enough room for the 7 monster trucks to do much for any excitement. My hats off to the drivers for a great job though considering the amount of space. The price of souvenoirs and the food is outrageous! My 4 year old enjoyed it but we will definitely find a bigger arena to go to next time. Didn't appreciate the fact that the drivers knew what seats got the extra prizes either. Grinder made it obvious when he pulled the paper out of his pocket and looked at it and then looked up to see where he was headed....that was disappointing.

the event was awesome, my kids loved seeing the trucks in person as did i and my fiance, would so love to see them again someday in grand rapids.

We had a great time! It was loud, just the way we like monster jam.

Awesome job considering the little space they had to work with. The announcer kept the crowd fired up and kept the flow going. Also thought it was pretty special that each driver hand delivered someone in the audience a plaque with the driver's name and autograph on it. So much fun!

Van andle arena is not even close to being big enough for that show it was a total let down .I wish I would have asked around .they better just stick with muppets on ice

Great show just a little tight for those big trucks to really move. The monster trucks did what they could and preformed well. Lots of noise, we were prepared with ear plugs so it was great! Prices for snow cones and cotton candy were very out of sight! We had pit passes and it was great to go up to the trucks and meet the drivers. Would deffinately reccomend the pit passes. Excellant show just should of had a bigger arena or maybe put outside so the trucks could move better and show off a little more.

It was a fun family thing to do I wish the trucks would have done some more stunts but it was still a lot of fun

Good show, a little slow with the robots, but my son loved it!

My kids loved this event and I did too! We went with the understanding that this arena is not as big as other arenas that the monster trucks perform in, but even so thought that they were able to still do much to impress us! The kids also loved the shows in between the monster trucks such as motorcycles, the robot cars and the jet engine ATV. Great fun for all of us!
