One of the BEST concert experiences you can have!
Verizon Center - Washington
I rarely give five stars, but this concert deserves it! And to think I almost skipped it! I was not particularly a fan of AC/DC, and had upper level seats, so I seriously considered not going. But boy am I glad I did! First, upon arrival, I found out my seat was upgraded! (My friend's seat was not upgraded, however. I have no idea why.) So now I was standing right by the stage on the right side, up close! But that was just icing on the cake because the concert turned out to be one of the most exciting experiences, regardless of seat location. They crowd was as diverse as can be, showing the level of appeal of this band, and everyone was rocking out together. AC/DC has been around since the 1970s, so if you get a chance to see them I highly recommend going before they retire!

Non stop rock &roll
Madison Square Garden - New York
Nobody sat for entire show. One hit after another. The garden was thunderstruck. Most exciting show I ever been too. Axle was great. Angus is a madman. So glad I held onto my tix. Would definitely go again if they return.

Revised band still has it...
BB&T Center - Sunrise
This was a rescheduled show due to the departure of Brian Johnson. I didn't know what to expect with Axl Rose fronting the band . I have to say Axl gave it his all and sounded quite good. I have been an AC/DC fan since High Voltage. The Bon Scott songs sounded better than the Brian Johnson from a lead vocal perspective. Angus still is shredding like he always does. Stevie Young has taken Malcolm's spot and Chris Slade was hitting the skins instead of Phil Rudd. The constant was bassist Cliff Williams and Angus. Unfortunately at the end of this tour Cliff will retire only leaving Angus as an original member. I was very fortunate to see Bon Scott front this band back in the 70's and then I saw Brian Johnson three times including the Back In Black first tour. AC/DC has been and will be known historically as one of the best Rock n Roll bands ever. Quite sad to see it end...

emotional
Greensboro Coliseum Complex - Greensboro
I went to see ac/dc my first time in 1980 in Cobo hall in Detroit, Mich. it was my first concert ever .I could not believe what I was seeing. Angus was all over the place. He was the show. I love the days when the guitarist takes the stage and runs the show. between Angus and Neil Schon, they are the reasons I play guitar now. The riffs that ac/dc are uncomparable to anybody else. All through high school they were the leaders of emotional stress relieving music. When I seen them 37 years later I was not expecting to much because of there age. but let me tell you, it was better than the first time I saw them. Angus never stopped moving at 57 years old .He was in charge with his guitar. All the memories of my youth came back. I felt like I was back in the 80's and 90's. Totally awesome. I would see them again but I just missed seeing Brian Johnson. Totally unbelievable . Thanks AC/DC for the memories . Tommy Q

AC/DC/Guns N Roses
Verizon Center - Washington
Axl Rose did a credible job on many AC/DC songs, though not far enough for me to enjoy the cross-over. Too much Guns N Roses for me -- didn't enjoy the concert as much as expected. Disappointed though understand this is an old band and we must temper expectations.

This Concert Was Beyond Awesome
Philips Arena - Atlanta
I like AC/DC but I am a die hard Axl Rose, GNR fan, no matter what he does. I had to be at this concert. The most amazing part of this concert was Angus Young. He was the star!! His energy and performance was like nothing I have ever seen before and I have seen AC/DC in concert prior to this. Angus owned the stage and the cat walk with his electric guitar performance. Axl went out on that cat walk once in the 2 and 1/2 hour concert. Axl sang but let AC/DC be the concert. The light show was amazing. It was non stop high energy rock and roll and a unique combination of greats!!!!

ACDC does not disappoint
Verizon Center - Washington
Great concert from a great band. Finally saw them for the first time. My son and I were impressed. Axl did a very good job on vocals. Angus was as good and wild as expected. Stevie Young on rhythm guitar was excellent as was Chris Slade on drums and Cliff Williams on bass. I am a veteran of concerts for over 40 years and this concert was probably the second loudest I have ever attended. Loudest concert I have ever been to was Ted Nugent many years ago. Keep rockin folks!!

AC/DC and Axl were unbelievable!!!! I was so excited at the thought of seeing them together and they did not disappoint! Angus was on full form, as always and Axl nailed it. Loved hearing the Bon Scott songs that you never hear them play. What an amazing night!!! I am still on a high from it!!!

They rocked from start to finish. Axle filled in admirably and do not miss a beat
AC/DC IN CONCERT:
With dozens of driving anthems and countless epic concerts under their belt, AC/DC has become one of the most successful and recognizable hard rock bands ever. Powerhouse numbers like "You Shook Me All Night Long," "Highway to Hell," and "Back in Black" get ticket buyers headbanging along from the first few iconic chords, while a pyrotechnic stage show complete with fireworks, Jumbotrons, and stacks of cranked amplifiers ensures the whole arena sees, hears, and feels the thunder from start to finish. Legendary duck-walking guitarist Angus Young keeps crowds pumped with his relentless energy, doling out crushing riffs and lightning-fast licks with swagger to spare. And on the 2016 Rock or Bust Tour, special guest vocalist Axl Rose of Guns N' Roses steps in to lend his trademark range to AC/DC's earth-shaking sound, bringing a new edge to their larger-than-life performances.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Brothers Angus and Malcolm Young got the name AC/DC from the back of their sister Margret's sewing machine ñ the same one she used to sew the campy Catholic schoolboy uniform Angus used to wear on stage. The fledgling hard rockers started making a name for themselves in small Australian clubs in 1973, but things truly started to take off when they hooked up with wild-man singer Bon Scott the following year. Sadly, tragedy struck a few years later following the international success of 1979's Highway to Hell when Scott died after a night of heavy drinking. Encouraged by the support of the late singer's parents, the group doggedly carried on with new frontman Brian Johnson to complete work on their next album, Back in Black. Since its 1980 release, that album has sold an estimated 50 million copies worldwide on the back of quintessential rock staples like "You Shook Me All Night Long," "Hell's Bells," and the title track. The band maintained a steady recording and touring schedule for the next three decades before health issues began to take their toll. First Malcolm Young was forced to retire in 2014 with Parkinson's disease, then hearing loss sidelined Brian Johnson midway through their 2016 Rock or Bust Tour. AC/DC announced that Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose would finish the tour in Johnson's place, while the latter explored hearing aids that would allow him to rejoin the group in the future without further damaging his hearing (happily he noted that he'll still be able to record music). This never-say-die attitude over the past 40 plus years has further glorified AC/DC's legend for fans, who know they'll rock the stage no matter what.
