I’ve seen these artist many times and they outperformed our expectations. Their performance was generous, Fun and participatory. The Garage is the perfect Venue and I’m becoming a regular patron.
Smaller venues rock! We were in the 3rd row and did not disappoint!!
Great show and lots of great group and solo performances. This ensemble was well worth the wait and I plan to comeback next Holiday season!!
Peter, Mindi, and Vincent put on an amazing show. Christmas tunes, individual hits, a bit of comedy. All there. The band behind them was equally talented and entertaining.
The Peter White Christmas event at Birchmere is a perennial favorite - one my wife and I always attend. The music is unfailingly great, and the musicians genuinely enjoy performing and playing to the audience. The room is small and intimate, giving the entire performance a cozy feeling that's absent in larger venues.
It was easy to prove vaccination and do e-tickets for a great show!
The energy was off the rails. These guys are just great musicians who have a solid grip of their craft.
Having listened to Peter White through out the years I finally had a chance to see a live performance and he did not disappoint. The venue could not get the four "singers" mics working for quite awhile, so Peter and Co. performed several Christmas standards ad-lib while the work went on behind them, and watching a group of musicians still perform at such a high level was exceptional. Plus the songs were an extra treat. I need to go see Peter again soon.
The music was awesome. The venue was absolutely perfect. Small enough to feel like you are involved. Never having been there before finding the Parking garage was awful. The over all experience was great. The performers were very talented. Will definitely see them again.
We have seen Peter White's show for many years. We always enjoy them. We already have tickets for next year!!
Great event, I am a fan of all 3 artists, played everything I wanted to hear.
The female singer was amazing! The show as a whole was really entertaining and lifted our spirits. It was a nice variety of seasonal tunes and classics. Along with contemporary jazz. We really enjoyed the way everyone joked around on stage and made you feel like you were part of the show.
Couldn’t believe that the Miller Center sound system was not working. However, Peter White came out and played Christmas carols. Each performer then came out to join him and they did a fabulous job for about 30 minutes without backup or mics!! So professional! Absolutely fabulous show!!
My love and I attended the 3:00PM show this past Sunday. We were and are truly appreciative of how Peter, Euge, Vincent and Lindsay improvised their program disruption caused by the technical difficulties that were experienced. Once they came on stage in various stages the performance was seemly unscripted throughout, especially the offhand references to the technical difficulties, and absolutely wonderful. We purchased our tickets several months ago not realizing that Peter White was going to be joined by the Euge, Vincent and Lindsay. What a wonderful surprise to us and such talented and complementary additions. We had a wonderful time, could not stop praising them and hope to they will perform together in the future. Finally, we hope to see them again, whether together or indivudually (we had already seen Euge at South earlier this year). Thank you again to all. My wife and I have been attending this show regularly over the past ten years. We missed last year because of a scheduling conflict, so we were really looking forward to seeing it this year. In a nutshell, it was nothing more than a repeat of two years ago; same songs, same jokes, etc. This show has lost a lot of its former spark and energy from its original incarnation when Mindi Abair and Rick Braun were an integral part of the troupe. The song selection has become much more religious, with less of a focus on the fun and upbeat holiday music that really gets you in the mood. On the plus side, Lindsey Webster was FANTASTIC, as always!
Female vocalist could use an upgrade! Otherwise show was very enjoyable!
The show was awesome. But one hour and thirty minutes later, it was over. Was expecting a littler more time for the price of the tickets. Everyone thought it was intermission but it was OVER.

The majestic is a beautiful old venue; however, from my seat, row J, the early reflection points muddled the mid through high frequencies. The sound quality is fair to poor. Peter White and Friends put on a very nice show but I will never return to the Majestic to listen to a concert. Can’t they afford some acoustical panels?
I knew this would be a great jazz Christmas show, but I was blown away by how fun and entertaining it was! Peter and company did not disappoint. The drummer the had (Stephen Theard) added a whole other dimension to the show when stood up and sang, just mind-blowingly great. We will be back next year for another round where ever Peter shows us with his Christmas show. Also, the Balboa theater is such a great venue. Saw Dave Koz's 20th anniversary show there last year.
