This event was terrific! All 3 headline artists played my favorite track. However the venue was a little cramped and the Show was relatively short (1hr 30 minutes or so). I'm sure the artists would pack a bigger/more comfortable venue with pre-assigned seating arrangement.
The show was fantastic. These three sounded great together . Any one of them could have been the headliner. I was supirsed and delighted that they all could sing well also. Very talented people.
As a birthday gift to my husband we attended this show. It was absolutely marvelous! The drummer's vocals were impeccable. This great concert of 3 great artists made me long for CD101 FM in NYC again.
Peter White is still amazing after all these years and his personal spin on the holiday favorites was wonderful. Mindi Abair was fantastic and if you don't know her, download her music and you will be amazed and will become a fan immediately.
The show was great!! ... I can hardly wait until next year's show!! BB King's is a nice small venue to see a show. We sat in a VIP booth and really enjoyed it.....just wish it was longer!
We loved the show, just wish it was a longer show I went to the 7:30 show and it was done by 9pm.
Second time seeing the show. So festive and they have so much energy and personality.

Peter White with his SMOOTH guitar. Candy Dulfur, a great tenor sax and entertainer all around. Kirk Whalen, an old MASTER alto sax. Keyboard and drums. The BEST show since Dave Koz. One of the best ALL YEAR. Superb kickoff for the Christmas season.
A Peter White Christmas was my best jazz show ever.
We've seen Peter White for years in Fresno California, started when he was part of the Dave Koz Christmas show. When we left California we thought we'd left this important family tradition behind. Thankfully we learned he and his crew would be at the Birchmere in Alexandria VA, our new home! The show was great! Although we missed Rick Braun, we loved Kurt Whalum. And, the energy of Kurt, Mindy Abair and Peter was fantastic. The Birchmere is a great old venue, that allows the audience to feel a part of the show. The musicians were able to use the intimacy to pull the audience in. This was a new experience for us, since we've always seen the show in a more traditional setting. We loved it! And, plan on going next year! A great way to start the Christmas season!
We had a great time. Peter White, Mindy Abair and Kirk Whalum were all at the top of their game. One great number after another. And the Birchmere was a fun and rather intimate venue as always. I'll be there next year for sure.

These talented musicians ushered in the spirit of the holiday in the best way. They had the audience involved from beginning tothe end.
As usual, the Birchmere didn't disappoint - we had a terrific dinner with old and new friends, and the Peter White Christmas show was even better than the one we attended a couple of years ago at the Birchmere. The energy of the performers absolutely lit up the entire audience with active enthusiasm.
It was one of the best live performance I watched lately, musician were great also
