For the second year I attended this show. It was just as great this year as last. Mindi played more this year than last and Rick Braun added his sparkle. I particularly like the performers coming out into the audience. This group always manages to get the audience involved in the performance. Just a GREAT SHOW to start the Christmas season.
Excellent show by Peter White, Rick Braun and Mindi Abair! Fifth time attending this event at the Birchmere and if you are a fan of jazz or looking for a great, casual and entertaining night out you should attend this event. Will attend again when they return next year!

This trio of musicians performed an amazing concert!! I'm definitely going next yr and will be on the lookout for these musicians performing individually throughout this year.
I must say Peter, Rick and Mindi put on one great Christmas show. They played a few of their individually recorded tunes and the rest was all of everyone's favorite Christmas songs. If you have the chance, don't miss it!
Great venue at the Birchmere. High energy show from start to finish. Fabulous musicians. What a great way to start the holiday season. Already look forward to attending next year's show.
Peter White, Mindi Abair & and Kirk Whalum at their best! This is our 3rd year attending the Peter White Christmas show...& each year they never let us down. What an absolutely amazing show...performed by some of the best musicians. The duos with Mindi & Kirk sent chills up my spine. We had such a wonderful time...we hope to make this an annual tradition.
The show was very entertaining! The combination of such God given talent on one stage was a sight for the eyes and certainly music to my ears! It was clearly worth every minute of the drive from Savannah. An excellent way to begin celebrating Christmas.
Peter White always puts you in the mood for Christmas. Always a must see Mindi was great and Kirk was a wonderful addition to the tour.
I have been to every show since Peter White starting bringing it to Jax. And to add Kirk Whalum...in a beautiful Christmas setting. It stirred my Christmas spirit. Just does not get any better
Always a delight to seee this venue. Have come out to see Peter white & Mindi for the last several times, always fun and great time! Kirk Whalen was a real bonus to see and hear this year! Thank you and great way to get into the spirit! TC
I bought two tickets for my fiancee and myself a few months before the show. The show was absolutely Fantastic, Incredible, Awesome and I am so incredibly lucky to have had the experience! I will be looking for shows by any of these amazing performers and CD's will be purchased. Memorable evening.
What a concert! Truly outstanding. All 3 featured artists were phenomenal; Mindi was great and delivered a show worth lots more than we paid. She and Kirk partnered well with their saxes. We traveled 350+ miles to attend this concert and will again next year. We love Peter White and can't wait to see him again.
We went early enough to grab a bite to eat at Lucille's, got a ticket so we didn't have to wait out in the cold for our seats - as they are first come first serve. The Show was really great - put you in the Xmas mood - upbeat and gave that warm cozy Christmas-ee feeling. Missed Rick Braun on this one, but Kirk and Mindi were amazing.
Love Peter White and anything he does to begin with.Great partnering with Kirk and Mindi and excellent bantering and impressions.Matched my expectations and exceeded them. Definitely would recommend for the future and cannot wait until next year's Christmas show wherever venue they choose to appear.Very impressed with the B.B.King's layout. Was a great way to have an excuse to check it out for the first time.
Mindi Abair was surprisingly phenominal. I expected Kirk Whalum to be my favorite, but they all gave a spectacular performance. I enjoyed the show.
Very entertaining and enjoyable! My wife and I had a great time! The band had a lot of fun onstage, they played all of my favorite Christmas songs, and Peter gave his band plenty of time to shine!
Great mix of holiday songs and the performers hits made for a great show.
I will retun again next year. The stars are all superstars in their own right. They were able to shared the limelight. They got the aduience involved and just had a lot of fun. They really got you into the the Holiday Spirit . The drummer - " WOW" what a nice voice and he was great too as the HUMAN BEAT BOX as well as the rest of the musicians. Great Job!!!
Great show! Peter White, Mindy Abair and Kirk Whalun played non-stop for an hour and a half. Christmas music was followed by the music each artist was known for. Each artist sang too. The back-up band performed excellent solo performances as well. There was a note of whimsy, sexy and tradition in the show. It was a great night of entertainment at a great price and cool venue. I will definitely go back to BB Kings to see each of these performers and others too.
