A Mother’s Love is a story that captures the roller-coaster relationship between a mother and daughter. It depicts how tough it can be for a mother to let go and allow her daughter to make her own decisions when it comes to love. The story chronicles the daughter’s all-girl music group as they prepare for a life changing performance. Will the mother finally respect her daughter’s wishes to make her own decisions? Will the daughter choose to love the DREAMER-a man with potential who loves her and is working towards his dreams, or the PROVIDER- a man who in the eyes of her mother has accomplished his dreams and arrived. Will the mother be successful in pushing her into the arms of another man? Torn between accepting the life her daughter wants and forcing the life she thinks her daughter should have, this is A Mother’s Love.
Show was amazing. This was a Mother's Day gift that was beautiful Glady's was amazing.
I enjoyed the concert and my only complaint would be that Marvin Sapp did not bring nor did he have back up singers. They played a track with the singers on it but that just ruined his performance for me. Everyone else was amazing.
The show was execellent!! I really enjoyed it. Tameliia performance was great not to talk about Gladys Knight and the pip they had the house cooing and rocking.
This was an awesome show. Simply a well worth the money. The only thing I would say is that it was a little lengthy. It started at 5pm and ended at about 9pmish. Lastly, I believe that Gladys Knight should have been the last performer. Everyone was pretty much ready to go and started leaving after she performed. But ALL the performers were very good. I would absolutely go again next year.
Tasha Cobb was fantastic & Tamala Mann was awesome. Glady Knight was a pleasant surprise. Probably wasted over an hour with set breakdown and changes.
i was disappointed with the production of the show. The switching of the acts was painfully long. There was no cameras or screens to view the onstage talent. I could listen to the show on the radio for free. Viewing the production makes the LIVE expeirence come to life. Clearly these omissions were a cost cutting effort. I will never attend another concert at the Baltimore arena again. I will choose to go to the Verizon center instead.
Take me to the king, Lord me praised! She was anointed for this.
The only thing I want to fond of was Gladys Knight having the longest part and her not singing gospel since all the other performances wad gospel. But other than that I loved everything else about the performances and the show.
I was very disappointed; First of all, Marvin Sapp did not bring his background singers; unacceptable. The seats on the floor were hard. The labeling for the seating rolls were written in chalk -very tacky. Also, the show did not provide large screens to assistance with seeing the performers on the stage. Todays' time most all events have screens or TV monitors.
The Mothers Love Show was the BOOM! Everyone that had a part in the show did a excellent job. I look forward to next years show that I am already planning to attend.
