A Mother’s Love is a story that captures the roller-coaster relationship between a mother and daughter. It depicts how tough it can be for a mother to let go and allow her daughter to make her own decisions when it comes to love. The story chronicles the daughter’s all-girl music group as they prepare for a life changing performance. Will the mother finally respect her daughter’s wishes to make her own decisions? Will the daughter choose to love the DREAMER-a man with potential who loves her and is working towards his dreams, or the PROVIDER- a man who in the eyes of her mother has accomplished his dreams and arrived. Will the mother be successful in pushing her into the arms of another man? Torn between accepting the life her daughter wants and forcing the life she thinks her daughter should have, this is A Mother’s Love.
I had a great time. All the performers were excellent.
This show was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I had an amazing time! I would go again in a heartbeat! Each Artist did their own thing! I was sooooo grateful to have had the opportunity to attend because there was some Anointing going on in that Arena! GOD BLESS!
My mother and I enjoyed the show. The singers were very good, it was praise and worship in the house.
All the participants were awesome. We should have received a Mother's Day gift or at least a program with the participants pictures on it. Nothing was relevant to "A Mother's Love" - title should have been, "A Show on Mother's Day".
The event was a gift for my parents. They said the concert was great. They enjoyed it immensely, and were pleasantly surprised at the length of the concert. They said it was well worth the price of the tickets.
Excellent!! Gladys Knight stole the show. Tamala Mann was good as well as of the back up singers.
This show was awesome from start to finish. Can't wait til next year. :-)
Tasha Cobbs, James Fortune, Tamela Mann, Gladys Knight and Marvin Sapp - with so many stars who would shine the brightest? Gladys Knight! She just stole the show for me. All of the singers were wonderful, but she just added a little something more. After all these years of performing she STILL sounds good and looks GREAT! The show started promptly at 5:00 and Marvin Sapp was still performing when we left at 9:20, so you will be there a minute. I took my mother for Mother's Day and we both loved it. Treat yourself and go see it, you won't be disappointed.
My wife and i really enjoyed the show. The people that was there was amazing.
The entire show was amazing but Gladys Knight was defiitely the star attraction. Beyonce ain't got nothing on Gladys! Absolutely loved it!
To be clear the performances were A-M-A-Z-ING but the time between each set was no less then 25 mins each time, no lie... it was also 2 intermissions that were also that long .. unfortunately many people were leaving during Marvin Sapp because it was already about 3 hours in,,, omg they need to do better with that because people have other plans and it can be done because BEYONCE DOES IT WELL.. no time waste AT HER SHOWS .. incredible stage delivery
This concert was amazing. I did not expect what I received completely worth the cost. And glady's knight stole the entire show.
The concert was awesome ! ! The lineup was great, loved Gladys, Tamela & Marvin.
LOVE every min of the concert!! All the performers were fantastic and my mother and mother in law enjoyed themselves very much. Would go back next yr.
The entire show from beginning to end was unbelievably great! Each performance was awesome. My parents and I had a blast and really enjoyed the show and it was a great gift to them on Mother's Day!
I enjoyed the show, but: 1. It was too long 2. Gladys should have been the final act 3. I love Gladys Knight, but I think her performance broke the "spirit" that was flowing. I don't think she should have been stuck in the middle of a gospel show. 4. James Fortune's music was WAY TOO LOUD - the bass was beating in my chest!
