For over three decades, Weezer has dominated the rock charts with power-pop hooks and the emotive lyricism of singer-songwriter Rivers Cuomo. The multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning band is among the genre’s most prolific: Weezer has sold 10 million albums in the United States and over 35 million albums worldwide, including 1994’s Weezer (aka the Blue Album), which is consistently ranked among the best albums of the ‘90s. Their catalog of 15 studio albums includes MTV-era hits such as “Buddy Holly” and ‘00s anthems like “Beverly Hills,” a multi-platinum Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 single. Following critically-acclaimed albums in 2016 and 2017 — including the Grammy-nominated White Album — Weezer released a viral fan-inspired cover of Toto’s “Africa” in 2018. In 2022, the band began releasing SZNZ, a four-EP series inspired by Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons. Meanwhile, the band embarked on the Hella Mega Tour with Green Day and Fall Out Boy, selling out stadiums and grossing $92.2 million worldwide, according to figures reported to Billboard Boxscore.

Bro I have been wanting to see them for so long and finally I saw them!!! I saw them at the FivePoint Amphitheatre!! They okay all of the best songs and an unreleased song as well which was surprising honestly! Opening bands White Reaper and Spoon were great, I kinda wish Spoon didn’t get so long and Weezer came on earlier. But besides that it was amazing!!
Saw Weezer at Gallagher square Weezer is very good first time I've been to this venue it was really no information online about what gate to go into what time the gates opened I have been apprehensive about buying tickets to a general admission show problem with the venue is unless you get in up front in the mosh pit we were at the top of the hill which seemed like a good spot till the show started everybody stood up and then you couldn't really see, for everybody was sitting down it was fine
Best show EVVVVER!!!!! Long live Weezer!!! Sound was perfect, songs were perfect, performance was perfect, crowd was perfect, singing was impeccable. Rivers is a song writing genius.
The band was amazing! The stage set up was EPIC! The sound was perfect! Weezer is a must see band as they give it their all for their fans! This show was one for the books. Thank you for a great night boys.
Weezer never disappoints. They always put on a great show. They venue however was disappointing. The stage at Petco Park is at the base of a small hill, which gave a nice viewpoint for maybe 60% of the fans. The rest of the fans were forced to stand on their tippy toes and view the concert from the backside of that same hill. There were no screens to see the show if you weren’t the fans that were directly overlooking the stage. Bottom line, this venue is good for a small act but not great for the amount of tickets that were sold for this show.
Saw Weezer and Spoon at Gallagher Square at Petco Park. Getting into the park was a breeze, and the environment was great. Awesome crowd of people. Spoon put on an awesome show while playing their classics and mixing in some cool jam sessions and guitar solos. They sounded great live. Hearing “Way We Get By” and “Turn My Camera On” was a lot of fun. Weezer then came out and opened with an explosive “My Name is Jonas”. They put on a fricken superb show! You would never know they have been touring since the 90’s. The energy they carried made it feel like this was the first stop on their tour in Weezer Prime. But it wasn’t, it was their last stop on a huge national tour—and they’re in their 50’s!! Rivers (lead singer) was doing pushups and moonwalking on stage. They were so fun, energetic, candid, and engaging. They played some sick guitar solos and hit all their classics like “Pork and Beans”, “Undone (Sweater Song)”, “Island in the Sun”, “Hash Pipe” and more! I’m grateful to have seen them now as i’ve been listening to them since i was a child in the 90’s. 10/10 show, would absolutely see again.
Spoon and Weezer sounded amazing and had excellent set lists. I was impressed with the outdoor amphitheater sound at The Saltair. Unfortunately, the parking makes me not want to return to this venue.
We quite enjoyed both Spoon and Weezer. White Reaper was supposed to start at 7:15 but when we got into the venue at 7:30, they had already played and the stagehands were setting up for Spoon. This was our 2nd time seeing Weezer. We find them to put on a very entertaining show, although my wife was VERY upset that they did not play Africa : )
Weezer took forever to get on stage. Openers had a full 2 hours we went home took forever to set the stage. Waste of money
Weezer was sooo Good. Very impressed with their performance. I knew they would be good, I had seemed them opening for Green Day, but this was different. A must see band, don’t miss them!
Good music, good people, great fun!!! What else can I say
it was a great energy show. Weezer is amazing live and the played with enthusiasm. the venue was a bit hot, but it phoenix in summer with thousands of people. having said that the accoustics in the venue were second to none. highly recommend seeing a show there
The last show in the Indie Rock Road Trip was magical. Weezer is so joyful and it's clear that these guys like each other and love what they're doing. One million stars.
With only GA, viewing was deplorable. If you wanted to try to sit on the hill, you would have to get there hours ahead of time and then there were no walkways. And at this point in the season, it's pretty much dirt, not grass.
Thought they’d played at least a few of their more well known/favored songs but none at all. Band only interacted/spoke to the crowd maybe twice. Their new music is not my taste & the venue is near impossible to see the stage.
Weezer was so fun! I’m not a huge fan of general admission but other than that, they brought the energy and we had a blast. Nerd Rock at its best! I’ve seen them before and they never disappoint. The dashboard stage design was rad too. They sounded amazing. I brought my 14 year-old daughter and she had so much fun. She said it was her fav concert she’s been to.
Weezer was absolutely awesome. But the venue not so much. The sloop made it very uncomfortable for standing 3 hours. Which also made it hard to see.
We loooove Weezer. The venue would have been perfect except for the fact that they oversold tickets. A lot of concert goers had to stand on the back side of the hill so it was impossible to see the band. There should have been a screen down there so everyone could at least see what was happening. The sound was great. Weezer never disappoints. The venue was just over filled.
Weezer put on a great show. Entertaining and great music. Loved their stage presence and set up.
