    Time with dad

by Jules on 12/5/22Madison Square Garden - New York

My dad was visiting from Texas and wanted to see MSG. He stated he'd never been there. So i took him. I personally was very impressed by how clean and immaculate the place is kept. The tour guide was excellent! Peter was very knowledgeable. THANK YOU FOR MAKING A DAD & DAUGHTER DAY THE BEST!

    Good overall

by WD on 11/10/22Madison Square Garden - New York

The tour was good overall but they just show you what you can see by going to one of the games. Locker rooms were not open so didn’t see anything extra. Tour guide was good but felt rushed.

    Great experience

by Adri7483 on 2/24/20Madison Square Garden - New York

Ashanti was our tour guide and she did a great job. She was very informative and had a great sense of humor. We even got to stand right on the floor and see the players practice before the game.

    MSG all access tour

by I. T. on 2/8/20Madison Square Garden - New York

Brilliant and informative tour from start to finish. Justin, our tour guide was interesting, knowledgeable and above all, funny! The Rangers/Knicks shop was well stocked and lots of money was spent there! The tour took you to parts of the stadium that not everyone will get a chance to see...VIP suites, media gallery. On the day we went, as the Rangers were playing that evening, we unfortunately did not get to see the Locker room. Aside from that disappointment, take this tour if you are a Rangers/Knicks fan or just love MSG.

Worst Tour I have ever been on

by KB on 1/23/20Madison Square Garden - New York

Our guide knew nothing about MSG, said Patrick Erwin instead of Patrick Ewing and Joe Frazeier (as if he was French), completely ignored Wayne Gretzky display (keep in mind it was last tour before Rangers game, half the group was dressed in Ranger gear), and shared little to no information about anything. Twice, she walked away from the group without saying anything, expecting we would notice and follow. People in our group got lost and left behind. I would have been more furious afterwards, but it was our biggest laughs of the weekend as we reflected back and I at least received entertainment value out of it, but definitely not a tour.

Cool to see MSG...tour guide not so cool!!!

by AThomas on 1/8/20Madison Square Garden - New York

Madison Square Garden was such an impressive place to see! However, while our guide gave us a few interesting facts and stories, she was mostly preoccupied with our group staying with her and "not getting lost". Each time we stopped she made a big deal out of it and spent so much time telling us how important it was that we stay together that I am sure that she did not share half of the facts about the venue that she could have. Her constant scolding about this and her attitude toward our group about it was very awkward, annoying, and took so much away from the tour and visit. When our three kids (15, 13, 10) talk about their visit to MSG, they do not speak of the iconic venue, they talk about the rude and less than enthusiastic tour guide. This is the most we have ever spent on a tour of an arena or venue or ballpark, so one would think it would have been a great tour with a knowledgeable and fun guide. We think MSG should take a lesson or two from the Yankee Stadium tours.

    So Many Events

by GretchenC on 12/29/19Madison Square Garden - New York

The Tour was fabulous. Lasted almost 2 hours. Experiencing the memorabilia and touring all the levels was so great. MSG is historic, a venue for all to see.

    #msg

by j. k. on 12/23/19Madison Square Garden - New York

Tour was great. They take you to the bridge that spans the facility, onto the floor level, into a suite and the locker rooms for rangers and knicks. Lots of pictures on the walls. Interesting and I thought it was worth the money. Note: if you go on the MSG tour you can get a discount on tickets to the Rockettes show at radio city music and vice versa.

    No Locker Rooms

by Ari72 on 12/3/19Madison Square Garden - New York

When booking the tour, I was under the impression that no events were going on and we would be able to view the locker rooms. I checked both the teams’ schedule. Turns out, there was a college hockey game going on. Little disappointed that it wasn’t the Knicks court because I paid to see that. I would’ve liked to know about it not being available ahead of time. The tour guide was awesome and did his best to make up for it. They did offer to come during the week but we did not live close enough for that.

    Mostly good

by jks on 11/19/19Madison Square Garden - New York

Enjoyed the tour but disappointed to learn no locker room - neither Rangers nor Knicks - would be seen. Even though it was a 1:00 tour and no game until that night. There is a disclaimer on the site, but it's on every time and day, it seems, so you can't really tell if you're going to get to see one or not. This was part of a birthday present for my husband, so it made it more disappointing to miss out on that, as he is a big fan of both teams. Otherwise, interesting and good. Ask questions!! We learned more by asking questions, rather than relying on the guide to tell us everything. (That's also how/when we found out we weren't going to see a locker room, about 2 minutes before the tour ended - someone asked about it.)

Very interesting and entertaining view behind the scenes

by Markus S. on 11/10/19Madison Square Garden - New York

We greatly enjoyed the All Access Tour - it gave a highly interesting and entertaining view behind the scenes of one of the most storied venues in the US. Although the locker rooms were inaccessible on the day of our tour, our guide invited us to come back on another day to tour the locker rooms, and this worked out perfectly as well. Overall, a great experience and greatly recommended to anyone who is interested in the inner works of an important venue.

    Great Tour

by J. on 10/7/19Madison Square Garden - New York

Exceeded my expectations. Would have loved going in the locker rooms but it was a game day. Our tour guide PETE was fantastic. You could tell he loves what he does. Very enthusiastic, and energetic. Lot’s of history and enjoyed going in the media room. Highly recommend.

Informative, entertaining and amazing, thanks to our tour guide, Paula! The views of the arena are worth the price alone! Definitely one of the best tours I have ever taken!
