Sherly Crow in Concert
Ever since her first album, "Tuesday Night Music Club," was released in 1993, Sheryl Crowâs classic roots rock has been an international success. This superstar has performed with musical greats, like Michael Jackson, Sting, Rod Stewart, Stevie Wonder and Don Henley, in the past, and she has won nine Grammys, including Best New Artist, Best Female Rock Vocal and Record of the Year. âAll I Wanna Do,â âLeaving Las Vegas,â âMy Favorite Mistakeâ and âPicture,â her collaboration with Kid Rock, are some of her best known tunes. If you can score a ticket to a Sheryl Crow concert, youâll be rewarded with both her newer tunes and old classics. Known for her unbelievable vocal range and insightful songwriting, she has a tendency to put some R&B flair into her songs when she performs live. Being a seasoned professional, she knows how to pick her backup musicians too, and the instrumentation helps ignite her music. Her personality shines through onstage, even more so than on her records. In September 2013, Crow released a new album, "Feels Like Home," which became her ninth album to hit the Top 10 charts.
Sheryl Crow was born to musical parents in Missouri and got her start writing songs and studying music at the University of Missouri. She went on tour with Michael Jackson as a backup singer on his Bad tour, then performed solo for awhile before she recorded "Tuesday Night Music Club" with a group of industry pros who helped her cultivate the bluesy rock sound she is known for. The album was a mega success, and her eponymous follow-up, which had the singles âIf It Makes You Happyâ and âEveryday Is A Winding Road,â went triple platinum a few years later. A seasoned musician and a warm and sultry performer, this is one artist who has earned her keep on the musical stage.

Amazing seeing Sheryl live again in concert! She was herself singing all the hits! So glad she sang my favorite song Steve McQueen as well!
Sheryl and the band were fantastic! Great acoustics and the crowd loved it.
Beautiful evening, beautiful music! St Michelle is such a lovely venue.
Great show - everyone was dancing and singing along. Sheryl played many of her old favorites. She is so talented đ
Iâm incurably in love with Sheryl Crow so I was in Heaven! Really enjoyed Brandi Carlileâs candor and humor. Also quite impressed by Brittney Spencer.
The performances by the artists/inductees was outstanding. What wasn't outstanding was the constant chatting by the volunteer staff. At times, this was REALLY loud and a huge distraction to say the least.
I went to go see mainly Joe Ely who I have see many time when I used to go to the back room onRiverside! I love Cheryl Crows set though, she is an honorary Texan for sure
Love the ACL moody theater and ACL hall of fame Awards is a great event honoring some great musicians and including some musicians that perform w those being inducted
Fantastic show, enjoyed every minute. The venue is a great place to listen to music
Never underestimate Sheryl Crow or Joe Ely. Magical evening. Delightful from start to finish. Two of the most authentic musicians ever.
I've been to all but the first of the annual ACL Hall of Fame shows. Production values incredible but it was a learning experience to get the format down to what works for the artists being honored and the audience. It's dramatically trimmed down without sacrificing anything -- roughly 2 hours of some of the best live music, shortened speeches and acceptance remarks, no host necessary, just a ten minute break to separate the two sets and just two honorees to feel extra special. Bravo. Thanks to Terry Likona and the ACL TV show gang for producing the best ever HOF show. This one will be the new standard and how do you improve on Sheryl Crow at her luminous best with good friend Brandi Carlyle plus the legendary Joe Ely who can still rock with the best of them. For sure going next year -- and it's a fund-raiser for Austin PBS.
If you get the chance to see a show at ACL, run! Of course, Sheryl and Co. were musicians at their best. Feel so lucky to have been in Austin to attend.
Every note was played exactly as it's been played a thousand times before. I like Sheryl Crow much better when she is jamming with the big boys, (not to sound chauvinistic), with jamming being the keyword' KebMo' sounded good but uninspired as well. Now the opening act, Southern Avenue knocked my socks off!!! Great job ladies, I hope to see you again!!!
Sheryl Crow has a great catalog of music to choose from including several hit songs. In addition to being a great musician and vocalist, she gave the "back story" in some of songs, which i enjoyed. And she has selected some outstanding musicians to join her on this tour. Cecelia Castleman and Keb Mo also did excellent sets as opening and feature performers.
Cadence amphitheater at Chastain is one of the best outdoor venues. Sheryl was a great as she has been for 20 or more years! Parking was easier than in the past. Good food, though drink prices were steep. Hope there will be more table shows.
Sheryl Crow gave us a highlights reel of a long career and memorable songs. The set time wasnât long enough for some of the concert classics like Steve McQueen or Safe and Sound but the crowd pleasers were there for the most part. Sheâs an authentic artist that ages like fine wine.
She was absolutely fantastic. Iâve seen many performers who have been around for decades and many of them have lost their voices, but Sheryl Crow still sounds great.
Show was great - there are no bad seats for listening! I was terribly disappointed that coolers were not allowed, as they had been at every concert I've attended at this venue for the past 40 years. To me that's the whole point in going to a concert at Chastain. Outside. In the Heat. In the Rain. Bring your own drinks and delicious dinner to share with friends - that was the point of putting up with the outdoor part. Without coolers, not much fun. Drinks are horribly overpriced. We won't be coming back unless we can bring our coolers again.
Great show! High energy and perfect performance. Sheryl Crow was outstanding in her vocals and interaction with the crowd Band was awesome. Live Nation staff was excellent! Let's do it again!!
One of the best shows I've ever seen. It was high energy and fun. The band was awesome with some new twists on the riffs. Sheryl Crow's vocals were strong & flawless. Her interaction with the audience felt personal as if she really was sharing herself. I would go again tomorrow if I could...
