PALISADES IN CONCERT:
Palisades combines the booming sound systems of dubstep with the cranked amplifiers and headbanging fury of post-hardcore to get audiences out of their minds in concert. Ticket buyers can’t help but bounce to the beat as the most amped-up elements of electronica play off the group’s riotous brand of metal. Band members jump up and down to the groove as lead singer Louis Miceli whips crowds into a pandemonium, running around the stage as he tears through cathartic rockers like “Immortal”, “Outcasts”, and “High and Low”. Palisades are sure to get bodies rocking wherever they play on tour as they turn up the intensity to the max with their ferocious and undeniably fun sound.
Iselin, NJ sextet Palisades has been taking the electronicore genre to new heights of intensity in the past few years. The group began to cause a stir in their local hardcore scene with the 2012 release of songs “Immortal”, “Bury It”, and “Disclosure”. The independent singles caught the attention of Rise Records, who signed the group before sending them on a tour with labelmates The Air I Breathe and My Ticket Home. The band returned to the recording studio to produce their 2013 full-length debut Outcasts, which reached the Top 10 of the iTunes Rock Albums chart. Palisades released their sophomore album Mind Games in 2015 and thrilled fans with music videos for “High and Low”, “No Chaser”, and the title track. The band continues to climb the ranks of hardcore and electronica with their genre-defying sound and hype up audiences everywhere they bring their extreme live spectacle.
