However, some venues may require all guests to be ticketed regardless of age. Children aged two and up require tickets for all events, including Early Access, Pit Party, VIP Experiences and post-event experiences.
Please contact your local venue to confirm their specific policy.
Ear protection is recommended for children and adults. Monster Jam concessions sell Monster Jam-branded novelty ear protection and disposable ear plugs while supplies last. You are allowed to bring your own ear protection.
Additionally, it’s important to note that some Monster Jam events can use pyrotechnics before, during and at the conclusion of the event.

It was a fun time even though it rained. Was a cool experience seeing the trucks in rain for sure. But could've been better. Wish there were more tricks or fireworks
Due to the nature of the event, rain or shine, we were forced to sit in a pouring rain and witness drivers struggle to get over the obstacles due to mud. I’d like to see the event planner to take a different approach to rain or shine to ensure a pleasant experience for ticket holders.
Big trucks like the ones that showed up ain't meant for the mud. Please forecast the weather better B4 🔒ing in a Denver event
I cannot believe they did not postpone the event until sunday. They held the event Saturday night in cold rainy weather when the stadium was all muddy. And the forecast for sunday was nice and sunny. I'd say the stadium was only about twenty percent full. The trucks were not able to perform the same type of activities they would normally do.
Good experience for kids and family. Atmosphere /Food is awesome. We were a little disappointed that a few trucks didn't compete due to engine problems, but over all it was a good show. We we and several people we very disappointed in was that we paid money for pit passes that was suppose to start at a certain time, and people were lined up around the building outside (both sides) because the venue only opened 2 doors. Therefore no one got in on the pit pass party on time, and of course they didn't extend it for the delay. Not a Monster Jam problem, but more of a venue problem I think. This is the 2nd time we have purchased pit passes and the second time it was cut short. If we return we will not purchase the pit passes, not worth the money or hassle.
Monster Jam is LOUD family fun....both boys and girls! My daughter and I (she is now 12) have been going for 3 years in a row. We don't really follow Monster Jam through the year but love going when it is in town. The motorcycle tricks are super fun during half-time! There is cool interaction with judging through our phones. We are already looking forward to next year!
Trying not to judge our experience on how horrible the parking was but it’s impossible!!! It literally ruined monster jam for us and it’s all we’ve been talking about since we bought our tickets. Monster Jam should just stick with Ball Arena for their events because Empower Field ruins the experience for families
Even with the rain and mud it was great. Will Be back next year
My grandkids loved the monster truck show! I also enjoyed the show!
The venue was too small for monster jam. It seemed to impair the driver ability to maneuver or gain appropriate speed, and may have prevented them from providing an otherwise full show.
Rain made for a poor experience. No one’s fail but Mother Nature, but did affect the experience. The real let-down was the Pit Pass. DO NOT purchase this add-on experience. Unless you like waiting in long lines for hours. Not recommended at all.
What a disappointment. They didn’t cancel the event, knowing full well that the trucks wouldn’t be able to perform any tricks or maneuvers because of the weather and sloppy, muddy track. I will never pay for a rain or shine event again. What a rip off
Being outdoors is always a risk with getting tickets to an event in April in Denver. We had bad luck and it was cold and rained the whole event. There was so much mud on the field that the trucks were like they were on ice the whole time. They could hardly jump and most definately couldn't do any other tricks. So if you like watching monster trucks just slide around in the mud and cold, then you'd have liked it. But that was a let down for us.
Great show! My grandson loved every minute. Can't wait for the next one.
Stadium was so muddy that the Monster Trucks did maybe %5 of what they usual do. I waisted my time and my $250 . Truck we’re just sliding in the mud and nothing else
I bought four second row tix the day they were available. I was extremely disappointed to learn the day before the event that my seats were not available to me and I was given replacement seats that were less desirable and not together. Be warned that they can swap your seats and there is barely anything you can do about it.
I go every year. This year wasn’t very fun at all. It rained all day and the field was super muddy. The trucks could barely move through the mud. I understand this is an outdoor event and it is rain or shine. But at $100 per ticket they should have a contingency plan when it rains. Perhaps changing the tires so the trucks can move and jump so we can watch what we paid to see.
It was amazing never seen monster trucks in the mud but overall it was amazing
The main event was good considering it rained the whole time. Although, I purchased pit passes which we spent over $70 on, the event was moved inside due to weather conditions, when we got to the event the line was so long it was wrapped all the way down to the other street which would have taken at least an hour to get through. There was not enough time to walk all the way down to get in line stand in the rain and stand in line as well as be able to make it through in time before the event was over. I understand there was weather, but I don't feel this was handled as it should have been considering the limited capacity and the amount of Pit Passes sold. I am not so sure I will be wasting my money on Pit Passes again in light of the chance to not enjoy the experience.
We have gone the last 2 years and love it. For some reason it got pushed into April this year and I am hoping they never do this again as the weather was horrible. I know Colorado is unpredictable with weather but had you of kept it in May the chances of the weather being better is a lot higher. The drivers still did All they could to make sure the experience was good even thought it was rainy and muddy. We love going every year to watch.
