Matt Rife Tickets

I understand that Matt wasn’t feeling good. He differently wasn’t at his best. With that being said I was disappointed. Yea he was funny, more like a $35 Laughs Unlimited funny. We spent $525. Not his best!

Matt was funny as expected. Overall I enjoyed the show but my biggest concern came from the duration of the event. There were two opening comedians, however one was on for 10 minutes and the other for only 20 minutes. Then, Matt took the stage and was on for about an hour, then the show ended. From the cost of the tickets, the venue itself, I expected a two hour show and was a bit disappointed. Most movies last longer than that these days and that ticket price is only $20.

I understand why everyone wants to see Matt Rife. Even though he wasn't feeling great, he still put on an awesome show! Comedy is comedy. No bars hold. If you don't like him, don't watch him. But my 2 adult children & I had a fabulous time! We would go see him every time he's in town! Funny funny funny! Bring him back again!!!

I love Matt Rife and have watched a lot of his stuff online. However the live show was less than impressive. He did announce at the beginning of the show that he wasn’t feeling well so that could have been the reason that his jokes fell flat. His crowd work was not good.

I have never seen Matt before, but after many tic tok views, i decided to take a chance. As of late, I have experienced a few comics on stage that were lackluster in energy and delivery, much to the detriment of my wallet. That being said, Matt did say he was under the weather at the start of the set, so I did not know what to expect. Initially, I thought the show was a solo act, but some time was eaten away by the opening acts much to my dismay. I actually wanted Matt for much longer, and that is what I paid for, or so I thought. Matt did perform well, but it seemed just as I was getting relaxed and laughing the set came to a close and I was left wanting more. Matt seriously needs to come back when he is 100 percent. I felt I got the best he could deliver under the circumstances, but it was still underwhelming. (Someone in Matt's crew needs to read this and ask him to return to Lincoln, but lay off the Chipotle.) Those around me and my companions had a great time watching Matt, but for what we paid and what was delivered I will have to think twice about going unless he is 100 percent. Overall, I will try to see Matt again should he come back, hes personable, very funny and his set is awesome, I just need to see more of him, less opening acts.

It was probably the worst comedy show I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. His openers were great! Rife came out and right off the bat said he was sick because he ate bad chipotle. His energy was low. He didn’t stand up once. He used the same jokes from his Netflix show. I also bought the VIP package and all I got was a poster (not rolled up or anything) which is super awkward to carry around at a casino venue. They were also super crazy about cell phones to the point where security was walking by every two minutes to make sure no cell phones were out. I get they have to be strict now a days but that much security ruins the show. Also I’ve been to many other comedy shows lately and they ask you to keep your phone put away but they weren’t nearly as crazy as the Rige staff were. I was sad because I liked Rife previously but it was not a fun show.

He started his set by telling us he wasn’t feeling well so he sat the whole time. He’s known for his crowd work and I think because of this it wasn’t as good as it could be. The beginning felt really scripted but overall he was still really funny. I wish he was feeling better and I’m sure he wished that too.

The show was not worth the money he was funny but the show only lasted about an hour with Matt on the stage not worth 400 and the 3 hr drive

Matt Rife never disappoints! Very awesome show highly recommend watching him, this was our 2nd time to see him will definitely go again!

Matt was great. The material was diverse and hilarious. The crowd work was spontaneous and met expectations. I would definitely attend more of his shows in the future. One thing I would hope is that he was on stage longer, one hour was on the short end.

This is the second time I saw Matt on this same tour. Both experiences exceeded my expectations and they were completely different shows! His openers were hilarious so good.

He is so funny! The jokes were awesome and the other two who aren’t on before him had us cracking up the entire time! Love Matt and will definitely be back for another show!

Was hoping for a much more personal and interactive show like all his reels online. Paid high price for close seats. He sounded like he was reading a script, didn’t make good audience eye contact and the 2 members of audience he did intact with were so obviously staged it was just disappointing. Maybe he was having an off day. Talked with other fans after show and feeling was similar. The venue itself however is great! Wonderful drinks, great staff. Would see a show there again.

Matt turned Sacramento/Lincoln out! Worked the crowd and made everyone scream with laughter.

This was one of the best shows I’ve ever seen….. and I’ve seen a lot!! The two openers were also hilarious! Matt was amazing as always…. All new material!

It was a great show and involved the audience. Things happened during the show with the audience which were spontaneous and made show even better as it could not have been planned. Like it wasn’t same stuff that we saw online.

He was just as I expected, funny and easy to listen to. I would definitely go see him again!

The show was good, wish Matt would have done more audience interaction rather than a mostly memorized show. His swift off the cuff interactions are what make him so great! Venue was great but wish it didn’t exit through casino.

We knew about his inappropriate style and we did laugh a lot. Tickets were pricey and his show wasn't that long, thus the 4. Enjoyed the venue and plan to watch for other entertainment there.
