Very Enjoyable

I have seen him a number of times conducting the Pittsburgh Symphony as the Principle Pops Conductor and he brings the best out of the symphony while being quite humorous and interesting throughout the performance. His interaction with the symphony, the guest artists and the audience is genuine and very entertaining. That interaction coupled with the stories, many very funny, that he tells of his vast experiences always adds greatly to the enjoyment of the evening. He is superb with young artists and promotes their efforts and performances from the moment that they come on stage until they are done with their set. Always a very enjoyable Pops performance no matter what genre of music is being played.
