I went on the architecture cruise tour with my family, and we all thought it was an amazing experience. Our guide, Steve, was incredibly knowledgeable and was an engaging speaker - he spoke pretty much non-stop for the entire 1.5 hours without notes, including names, dates, numbers, and lots and lots of architectural and historic anecdotes. He also made himself available to passengers as we disembarked, so I was able to ask him a few questions then. I felt that I learned a ton, and in the days following the tour, we were noticing architectural features and excitedly pointing out examples of what we learned! As for logistics - it was easy to buy tickets, the boat was clean and the seats were comfortable. We didn't check out the bathrooms or the bar because we didn't want to miss a minute of the tour. It was chilly when we went, so I was glad I had dressed warmly!
