Great experience very entertaining for all ages
by Connie on 3/28/22Briar Street Theatre - ChicagoExperience was great from start to finish. Arrived early for fear of where to park, which was a non event, pulled up and parked on the street which cost me $7.00. There is a lot attached which is $17 so parking is not an issue. Walked to local restaurant called Drew’s on Halsted (less than aBlock away) the service and the food was fantastic. There are plenty of places within walking distance if you want to grab food before or after the show. Walked back to the show and walked right in the door, no line only catch was you need proof of vaccination and a mask. Website shows that you need proof of vaccination but does not mention the mask. Luckily they were able to provide me with a mask. Theater is very small so there is no bad seat in the house. The show itself is a mixture of art, music and comedy. The majority of the audience was 20-30 years of age but I was with my 86 year old mother and she loved it. This is entertainment for all ages. Hard to find something these days that entertains all ages, this show is that. Great venue for a family event.
