Air Supply on Tour
For a group so strongly associated with defining the pop template for a particular era, Air Supply have proved to be impressively timeless. Their blockbuster hits from the 1980s still stand up as strongly as ever with mellow, melodic charm. And after all the water that's passed under the bridge, frontmen Russell Hitchcock and Graham Russell are still hitting the stage together, entwining their voices to achieve the same magic that's sold millions of albums and earned them adoring fans around the globe. While their tours have offered something special in every era, Air Supply took their live show to another level when they launched their 2019 jaunt The Lost in Love Experience, presenting their hit-heavy set with the esteemed assistance of the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra and achieving an even grander onstage sound than ever.Ā
Air Supply in Concert
Aussie singer Russell Hitchcock and British singer-songwriter Graham Russell, the team that makes Air Supply breathe, first began working together in Melbourne back in 1975. They released their first, self-titled album a year later, but initially achieved only modest success in Australia, and it took a few years for them to break out in America. The big moment finally came in 1980 with their fifth album, Lost in Love, which turned out to be a monster in the States. The record bowled Americans over with three huge hit singles: "All Out of Love," "Lost in Love" and "Every Woman in the World." Between Hitchcock and Russell's vocal blend and the melodic appeal of their carefully crafted pop ballads, Air Supply became full-fledged stars. If anyone ever wants a definition of what adult pop was about in the first half of the '80s, you need only point to Air Supply, whose hits defined the adult contemporary sound of the era. But the Air Supply story extends far beyond the '80s ā Hitchcock and Russell have never stopped bringing their music to the fans, and they continue to pump fresh oxygen to a waiting world.Ā

This was an amazing concert!!!! We had soooo much fun!!!
To experience their show was amazing-50 years of preforming and still going strong! Been a fan from their beginning and they did not disappoint!
Last Saturdayās Air Supply concert was wonderful. These guys still have fantastic energy and musical talent. We enjoyed every single song. So glad they returned to the stage for an encore. It was a packed house!
So much energy & sounded as good as yesterday. All the hits plus new ones. Still rocking after almost 50 years. A rare treat!
Thoroughly enjoyed the Air Supply concert! Their voices are timeless and they gave all! Well worth the time and money to finally see them!
Awesome as usual, the whole band was on target all nite. Grahams poetry is a plus to the experience
They did a wonderful job! Brought back great memories!
Air Supply was one of my favorite bands growing up in the 90's. But never got a chance to see them. Was not really sure what to expect given they are in the 70's now but man, was i blown away or what? They sounded just as great as the 90's. Show started on time and they sang for almost a full 2 hours. Sang all their hits and the crowd loved singing with them. Loved their energy and how they connected with the audience. They totally rocked it. Would highly recommend.
We had the VIP package and it was amazing! The entire experience from start to finish was entertaining, fun and REALLY well organized. It was incredible and we'd do it again in a heartbeat. Air Supply was unbelievable and totally entertaining!! This is an experience we would gladly do again.
Everything from the venue to Air Supply were amazing. We enjoyed every minute of it my husband's in a wheelchair and they made everything so easy for us.
Been an Air Supply fan for a very long time and I had waited for this moment to arrive. It was an awesome concert and a memorable experience.
Great venue, will definitely be back! Air Supply out on a fantastic show. Both gentlemen interacted with the audience and they sang all of the greatest hits. They still have 49 years later. Russell and Graham sang beautifully.
Fantastic evening! It brought back memories and looking forward to Air Supply 50th Anniversary Celebration
They are still amazing performers. They always connect with their fans and audience. People love their performances.
I have to admit we were disappointed we paid $530 for 2 show tickets and a meet and greet. We weren't given anything but a cheap lanyard and were told no autographs. During the concert we seen them sign an autograph for someone else. The performance was great. Next time we will definitely not pay the extra as it was not worth it. Even Kiss gave us signed autographed pictures when we seen them and they are wayyyyy more popular than Air Supply, no disrespect intended.
I've not been to many concerts, I have always loved Air Supply! It was a great show
I had not been to Mystic for a show before. This was a great place to go being 6'4 I was able to sit comfortably. The show was phenomenal it blew us away. Their performance was amazing
Highly recommend. Did meet and great also. Great music and concert. We are lucky they are still touring.
The Air Supply concert at Mystic Lake was AHHHHHHMAZING! Just wanting to be even closer to stage next time- which will be our 7th concert!!!
