The game was awesome. The stadium is unbelievable!!!
Event itself was great! Communications with parking personnel was Terrible!!! We had club seats and were shuttled three times into different lines, after waiting to the front of line one and being told we had to go into a different line. We then checked with the personnel in line two prior to waiting in that line, and were told we were in the right place, then after waiting in line two, got up to the front and were told by different line personnel that we to go to the end and wait in line THREE! We then went and waited in line three, and when we got to the front, were asked by line three personnel why we didn't go into the "Club Seat" entrance, due to the fact we had club seats, to which I responded that WE HAD TRIED and ended waiting in various lines for almost an hour and a half, even though we had arrived an hour and a half prior to the doors being opened. Had we been allowed to go into the "Club Seat" entrance, we would have saved over an hour wait in line!!! Extremely poor communication, and customer service to people that as Season Tickets holders in the Club Seats, who had taken advantage of the "Pre-Sale", were treated not just poorly, but rudely.
The nba allstar game was boring basically due to the poor DJ-ing that took place. The speaker system was not loud enough and the DJ had zero control over controlling the crowd to create a good energy and enjoyable experience. Also Most of the area was cut off and you were only allow to tour a very limited space. We had to wait outside of the arena until 30 minutes before the pre game show started. If you are tall you will not enjoy the seats because your shins will pay taxes the next day.
This All-Star game was worth the trip. Dallas new venue is the 9th wonder of the world. It's a must see for all sports fans.
Fun event, enjoyed it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a great time.
I love love love the venue: Cowboys stadium is such an amazing place. So much to see. I was in awe at the humongous screens "floating" in the sky! The game was amazing as usual, fancy dunks and baskets. Usher, Shakira, Alicia Keys and One Republic, need i say more!!! Best event I've attended by far, an event I will never forget!
It was soooo cold that day, but the cowboys new stadium rocks!!! The game is pretty much an exhibition game because they really don't play hard BB....but just being there is so exciting. The performances by Usher, Shakira and Alicia were great!!! It's really is worth going to.
This was my first time going to the All Star Game. I am not a sport fan but my husband is. I was able to take my father, husband and father in law. This was truely the best !!
first time in all star game .... our experience was unbelieveble ..... i would like to keep info of more asgame in the future ......... great ........
Once in a lifetime experience to see the biggest and newest stadium host the 2010 NBA Allstar Game.
Excellent sports weekend, enjoying the stars, atheletes, and fans in the great City of Dallas
The atmosphere was great to be in the presents of all the great players. I had seats in sec 247, which was base line, I knew that, but the stage was set up right in from of me and was never moved. There were always cables from floor to ceiling in the way. Not to mention the only introduction and half time show we could see is on the giant TV behind the stage set up. The other issue I had was with the sound system, it was too low for most to hear clearly. Which in my opinion kept the crowd in their seats, and not very into the game.. The announcer was on the floor many times, and the group I was with had to ask “what did he say”. I have been to 2 other events at the new Cowboys Stadium and they were much louder than this event. I don’t think the NEW Cowboys Stadium is a good location for ANY BASKETBALL GAME. ULESS YOU HAVE COURT SIDE SEATS.
the game and atmosphere was exciting,if you are a fan you shopuld go at least once.
I thought the allstar game was fabulous, the only negative was, they made us stand inline way to long before entering the stadium, it was like 30 degrees it was so cold, they should have allowed us to enter sooner, but the overall experience was great, the huge screen allowed everyone to see the game up close, eventhough we actually weren't up close. Next year I diffenently gotta get closer seats, but it was truly a memoriable experience.
The All-Star Practice was unbelievable! You talk about the ultimate all-access backstage pass, if you come to All-Star weekend, this is the one event that you want to be a part of because it is better than being at the game itself. What I really like about this event is that you never know which celebrity will make an appearance unexpectedly.
I am a military member and returned last month from my third tour in Iraq. These tickets were a gift from my moms, this event NBA all Star was the best. I had so much fun, seeing A. Keyes was like having a taste of heaven. The game was great, and the East winning was the icing on the cake. I partied so hard it's amazing I survived the weekend.
I was to damm cold out to have all those people wait 2 plus hours to get into a game, also there were not enoug places to buy souviners
This event was alright, it is sad that the NBA stars, the people really you want to see participate in this event are sitting out in the crowd instead.
Great event and great game but having lower section seats, my view of the actual game was not as good as I expected.
The venue was big enough to accomodate lots of fans that normally would not be able to attend an NBA Allstar game; however, it was so big, I didn't feel as close to the game as I'm used to.
