Slam dunk was a disappointment like previous years. It hasn;t been the same since the 90's. Worst value for the price all weekend. Tons of empty seats. No wonder. I Won't be going to this event next year.
I would say that cowboy stadium is a terrible place to host a basketball event. The only good seats where you can see the game without watching the jumbo screen are the ones that only the rich and famous can afford. For 200 a seat it was a total ripoff and I would not recommend spending the money to watch basketball there.
The experience was similar to the opening football game vs the Giants. Simply too many people in one place. Too crowded everywhere. The Pro Shop was a nightmare. We were hearded in & out like cattle. What really made the event bad was the sound system or lack there of. None of our 8 guests from young to old could hear very well at all and it wasn't because of croud noise either. It was a very quiet crowd. You should have checked it from the upper deck - very poor & I can't read lips! Compared to a Cowboys game, it was like attending a funeral.
Nba Allstar was a great Experience and i had Fun!! It was a cool considering it was on Valentines Day & my 5 Year Anniversary! Very Large Crowd at The Cowboys Stadium!! I totally wanted to see Kobe play so that's my only bad experience because i Love this Guy!! Sice he didn't play i had to Vote 4 Dewayne Wade 4 MVP because he's AWESOME!!

Game presentation was great and with the huge "Jerry-Tron", there wasn't a bad seat in the house. Only downside of the evening was the sound quality (or lack thereof) for the musical performances......Not good at all.....But everythign else was great...
The NBA All-Star game was more than I could have imagined. Cowboys Stadium was breathtaking both inside and out. Only issue-refreshments were absurd. Their prices made Disney World look like the Dollar Store. Still, a phenomenal experience.
disapointed.lack of efert buy players.once in center court could not go out too jamsesson and come back in. the practice was over 3 hours. nobody wants too sit there for an hour for media access,nothing going on during media time.

Gr8t game, as usual the All-Star game is phenomenal. The stadium is a must see, I have never been to a stadium that huge in my life, and the giant screen is crazy
Cowboys Stadium is impressive to see......ONCE!! However, if you want to HEAR what you paid big bucks to see, you will definitely be disappointed!! The U2 concert was a disaster in October - - -the accoustics are terrible!! At that point however, we had already purchased 7 tickets for the All Star game so we gave it another shot last night. In addition to the $100 tickets, we purchased a $50 parking pass, hoping to make things as easy as possible. What we didn't plan on was the HOUR long wait, in the COLD, ( with NO port-a-potties anywhere) just to get in the gate! If Jerry wants to set Guiness Book records with the attendance couldn't he hire enough people to accomodate those thousands of people? One line, slowed down by the extra security checks, was ABSOLUTELY inexcusable!! They were well aware of the number of people they would be dealing with and obviously did not plan accordingly. We knew going in that we would be watching the game on the big screen ,and were completely ok with that. What we hadn't planned on was not being able to HEAR anything that went on for the next 3 hours! Not the announcers, not Usher, not Dirk welcoming everyone to Texas........nothing!! Our whole experience was truly disappointing and we will all think twice before attending another event here..
The event was spectacular but the setup was a little off. It's didn't seem quite centered.
I enjoyed the NBA All Star Game via the large screen because I couldn't see game from the distance of my seats. Thought it was money well spent because the venue allowed over 100k to view the event. The entertainment was 200 % better than the Super Bowl. Hopefully the committee for next years Super Bowl will include some GOOD ACTS.
Amazing for seeing the venue first hand and experiencing an NBA all-star game. For all its great stuff, the stadium administration needs some better organization for lines of people entering the security stations at the stadium. In addition, they need more well-staffed souvenir stations. The Fan Store was a fire hazard throughout the night with no organization and too few cashiers. We gave up there as well as at the station posted at doors of Gates G,H and J as they were poorly staffed and organized. I'm sure that the three people there were doing their best but even deep into the 2nd quarter, they were surrounded by a crowd at least ten deep and probably 20 different lines.
traffic was not a problume.geting in to the cowboy stadium was a nightmare..11/2 hours too get through the line, once i found the right entry.no event staff directing the flow of people too help point people in the right direction.no line control the people that did not want too wait in line just went strait to the front and cut line.geting out of the stadium no problum.the event itself was good.
THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME. THE STADIUM IS MAGNIFICENT. ALL THE FANS WERE ON POINT. FAN-tastic
This was the second basketball game that I attended at the new Cowboys Stadium, the first being the Texas-UNC basketball game. Both times, I had seats in the Club level, 200 sections. I would not recommend this. The venue is too big for basketball. The television is cool, but literally the entire crowd is watching the TV the entire time just because you can see the game so much better on there. Usher was cool, as was Shakira and Alicia Keyes, but still, not an experience you couldn't get sitting on your couch in front of the television. Basketball should not be played at this venue...
It was an awesome experience. I enjoyed the game. The stadium was a little cold in my opinion however.
The experience was fantastic, loved it. Everything was great except for the speed of getting food. 45 minutes is just too long, especially in the club area. Jerry can do better than that.
Boring game, but definitely a people watcher event at the magnificent "Jerry's World" facility, also known as Cowboys Stadium. Getting into the event should have been smoother , especially due to the cold. Overall, the evening seemed to be seemless, a good sign of things to come with next year's Super Bowl.
