The security process needs to be improved. There were people cutting lines and the the security check did not flow well. I look forward to have big events in the Cowboys Stadium in the near future. I was very proud of our stadium the entertainment and light show as well as our city for putting on such a great event.

  • Improvements needed

The overall experience was fabulous, getting started is always the problem, 1. For the ones that go to the cash parking areas, which are the farthest parking lots out, there needs to be a major shuttle type service there to get people from the parking lots to the stadium, the 2 seater bicycles that were taking people around will just not work for the superbowl coming up, Tell Jerry to talk to six flags, they have the perfect shuttle wagons that hold about 30 pple at a time to get them from the parking lots to the event. 2. in the upper party room area, there were nice round blue lounge chair areas for people to sit and rest there feet. but there needs to be some type of TV monitor for people to watch the game while they sit, the only TV present was at the bar. Its a party room. It would have been nice to mingle and catch a highlight or two on the monitor. 3. I uploaded a picture of the area i am referring to. The sign above that displays the NBA Allstar logo, would have a been a perfect location for a monitor

  • It was a good experience

It was excellent. Seats were expensive and they were decent. Cowboys stadium is so big, with that giant screen, every seat is practically good.

  • Improve Signage

by TxDirkFan on 2/15/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5

The event was super -- only complaints were signage at Cowboy Stadium in regards to entrances -- very confusing and we even knew to look for the proper gate. However, you couldn't see the gates from security entry points and EVENT STAFF was not informing people until you were in the front of the lines at security checkpoints. Also girls security checkpoint was AWFUL! They only had 1 line for girls at one point and then changed to 2. The rest of my family made it through the gate 45 minutes before I did -- not acceptable. Hire more girl security officers or give women a choice to be patted down by a man!! We bought a parking pass -- but wish we had more information on where the parking was located in regards to our gate entry!! NEED PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS!!

  • Allstar NBA Action is Fantastic!

    by amsn6 on 2/15/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Both the NBA Jam session and the Allstar game were incredible. My husband and I took our 4 kids to the Jam session and they loved it. It was a great family event. The Allstar game was spectactular. Hats off to Jerry Jones for the vision he had with the Cowboys Stadium. It is really something to behold. The big screen really made it so that there was not a bad seat in the house. The NBA players played hard and thestars were out. It was incredible.

  • A surprisingly good time!

by CraigK on 2/15/10Dallas Convention Center - DallasRating: 4 out of 5

After seeing the original line-up of "celebs" playing in the game I had VERY low expectations. But the event itself was very entertaining. First off, the 4 Harlem Globetrotters didn't do too much shtick and actually played hoops (seriously the Globetrotters thing gets old real fast and it was nice to see them give a good REAL effort). Secondly the former NBA players (Rick Fox, Robert Horry & Chris Mullen) and Terrel Owens were also out there to prove that they still have some game. It was a good mix of players on the floor and there was constant entertainment during timeouts.

  • What an experience......

What an experience. The NBA All-Star game was wonderful. The entertainment was awesome. The atmosphere was awesome. I never thought I would ever go the an NBA All-Star game. Now I have and it was a wonderful experience.

  • Great experience

by Purtiegirl on 2/15/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5

The overall experience was awesome for the price we paid. The only thing I thought could have been a little better is the sound in the standing room section was not that great. I seen plenty of speakers but none of them worked the main sound was coming from the center of the stadium.

  • Traffic/Parking overshadowed the event

    by MavsFan777777777777777 on 2/15/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 3 out of 5

The event was great and the half time entertainment was outstanding, but the traffic control and parking partially ruined the exeperience. Even being a Cowboy season ticket holder that understands the routes and parking lots, the way traffic was handled was a nightmare. We had a parking pass for a close in lot, but ended up parking in a cash lot and walking after sitting in traffic for over an hour. If this was a warm up for next year's Super Bowl, the Cowboy organization has a LOT of work yet to do!

The whole experience was awesome! Breath Taking! the basketball court looked so tiny compare to the back drop of the massive stadium, but it was greatness!

by SexyBlackWoman on 2/15/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 2 out of 5

I will forever go by the saying, "You get what you pay for". I bought cheap tickets for this event and it was the worst experience ever. You could not see a thing! They were wrong to even sell that mess to us. It was very uncomfortable! Never go the cheap way out if you really want to have a good time,

  • Cowboys stadium is Live

by Smilupe on 2/15/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5

Even though the Cowboys stadium seats 100,000 plus apparently (Guinness world record crowds for NBA attendance) it's suprising how you don't feel far even at the top. The game was well worth is and I's more than satisfied. Oh but the lines outside sucked from standing in the freezing cold weather. That's not Ticketmaster's fault, but something worth thinking about if you're going to Cowboys stadium in the winter. They made us stand in line outside for about an hour.

  • WOW

by luvmyranch on 2/15/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 5 out of 5

From beginning to end i was in awe, from the performances to the all-stars themselves... to be honest i was just happy to be sitting in front of that giant TV. Great success Cuban and Jones, hope this becomes an annual thing and heres to the Super-bowl next year....

  • Exciting Allstar

by clarkjive on 2/15/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5

There wasn't a bad seat in the house (Cowboys Stadium) and the event was great! The halftime show was as good as the game. Something for everyone. The downside was the traffic flow to get to the 'official' prepurchased parking locations. There wasn't enough traffic police nor signage to direct everyone and keep traffic moving. It took us 1.5 hours to park AFTER we excited the hwy for the stadium.

  • NBA Allstar Game

This was incredible fun. What better entertainment could you ask for in one night. 3 concerts and a basketball game.

  • Amazing! Only in Texas!

Words can't explain the All Star Game! It was a great experience and I loved every minute of it from the Pregame activities to the awarding of the MVP Trophy. Thanks to Mark Cuban and Jerry Jones for facilitating a fantastic event.
