Jordan Davis In Concert
Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 1988, country singer Jordan Davis has Southern music roots that run deep—not only is his brother also a country singer, but his uncle, Stan Davis, wrote multiple hits for Billboard-topping country singer Tracy Lawrence. It would be putting it mildly to say that Davis grew up around music, but, ironically, he didn't pursue it as a career until after finishing his degree in conservation at Louisiana State University. Moving to Nashville in 2012, Davis would be exposed to a bright, hard-hitting world of singer-songwriters, citing John Prine and Jason Isbell among his favorites. Synthesizing his influences, Davis worked to come up with a smart, R&B-flavored brand of country rock, and he signed with Universal Music Group Nashville in 2016.
Davis' playful, romantic 2017 single "Singles You Up" reached No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard Country Airplay chart and No. 4 on the U.S. Country chart, eventually going Platinum. The song also wound up on Spotify's Global Viral 50 chart. Davis' second single, "Take It From Me," a feel-good tune anchored by big, twangy riffs, has also performed well since its 2018 release. A singer-songwriter at his core, Davis filled out his debut studio album, ‘Home State,' with 10 more great songs, cowriting each one with pop rocker Paul DiGiovanni (Boys Like Girls), who also produced the album. ‘Home State' bears a pop-country energy that brings to mind musicians like Sam Hunt and Jason Aldean, and it reached No. 6 on Billboard's U.S. Top Country Albums. In 2017, Davis toured with country rocker Kip Moore's Plead the Fifth Tour. Davis embarked on his first headlining tour, the White Wine and Whiskey Tour, supported by Jillian Jacqueline, in February 2018, which took him to all corners of the U.S.

I was really excited for his concert, I love lots of his songs, but he didn’t really play many of his popular songs. He specifically said he was playing ones they liked, but skipped most of the most popular songs. Also played other artists songs (like maroon 5 etc) which deciding not to play his popular stuff. Was just disappointed
This show was a blast, from the openers to Jordan, it was fantastic beginning to end. It felt like going to a bsckyard party, so much fun.
Great venue and he was an awesome performer! I could do without multiple slower songs in a row though. I liked the old mashups where he brought the openers back on stage! Hope he comes back to SD soon!
Not even a huge country genres fan (I do love several artists, Jordan Davis being one). With that said, I highly recommend downloading all albums/songs and seeing him LIVE. It was such a great show, perfect for friends and couples to attend. My husband and I had a wonderful and fun time.
Jordan Davis is my favorite country artists. It was very exciting to see and hear him in person! Openers were great! Jordan Davis’ voice is amazing live. I hope to see him again!!
What a great venue. My daughter had an Amazing time! I enjoyed all three musicians! Ashley Cooke got things started and did great. Then Mitchel Tenpenny came out and kick things into gear. Hey definitely rocked the audience. Then we had Jordan Davis took the stage and owned it! He put on a great set and lots of good energy! I dug all 3 of them coming out and doing some songs together! I will definitely see him again when he comes back in town!
First time watching a concert at that location Great concert and music all round
I’m a fairly new Jordan Davis fan, but a longtime country music fan. I knew a few of the songs, but not all of them, and I still had a good time. The band seemed like they were having fun, and the venue (Petco Park) was great, I’ve been to a lot of baseball games there, but never a concert, and I will definitely be back for more. Staff was great, amenities were easily accessible, and for general admission, you had lots of choices for where you wanted to be for the concert, all with great views. At one point, it seemed like a fan was having a health problem, and Jordan stopped the show for a few minutes to make sure they were helped and checked the crowd for anyone else needing assistance. Once that was taken care of, he resumed like nothing. It’s always refreshing to see the artists be aware and care about the fans. I’d see him again!
Great concert. Openers were solid and Jordan killed it. The venue was very nice and weather turned out perfect. I would totally recommend and glad I was able to make it!
