    A little disappointed

by R. C. on 3/11/20Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

Past shows were more entertaining. The comedy fell flat much of the show.

    Nothing like past performances.

by RK on 3/10/20Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

I have seen Blue Man Group twice in the past. I absolutely loved the past experiences. Mostly a concert played on PVC instruments with a little comedy added in. It was all about the Group and not about the stage. This time it was not so much a concert, only one PVC instrument and the stage was the distracting focal point. As the show progressed several people left and did not return, I only wish I was one of them. I kept thinking it will get better and then it was over, only lasted 1 hr 10 min.

Brought family and we were all disappointed

by Val on 3/10/20Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

More for kids and they relied on audience to entertain for 1/2 of it.

Family day out for the Saturday matinee and we loved it! Sheas was very clean, well staffed with ushers and concession workers.

entertaining, but a lot of wait time

by Mom of 2 on 3/10/20Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

I was really excited to see the Blue Man Group. I have heard a lot of great things about them. I did find the show entertaining, however, I felt there was a lot of wait time which got old. The best part of the show, the watercolour drums at the end, was the shortest part of the show. Even my children found that it was not that great.

by Drea on 3/10/20Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

I thought they were GREAT...lots of laughs and real fascination with what they use to make music...wish I could have been one of the people chosen to go on stage with them...I came home with streamers all over me and I loved it...would definitely recommend this show to my friends

    Awesome

by s. p. on 3/10/20Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

Loved this show! Very funny and brilliantly done, with all the percussion and antics. Family friendly for all ages. I loved the amount of audience participation. There was never a dull moment. We'll see them again, when they return to my area.

    Blue Man Group

by Karen on 3/10/20Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

The show was great but it could have been longer. I received an email saying the show is one hour and 45 minutes, the show was one hour and 15 minutes. For the amount of money I paid I believe the show should have been longer.

    Just Okay

by Ecurb on 3/10/20Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

I had seen Blue Man Group about 6 years ago and really enjoyed the show - so, I was excited to bring some other folks to see them when I learned that they were coming to Shea's. I thought that the smaller box versions of the video screens were not great. Difficult to see the visuals - which are used a lot during the show - showing the group members and the audience throughout the show. I thought that the pacing of the show was not done well. A lot of time was spent on going into the audience to find people to bring onstage and when they were up there - it dragged. We were in the lower balcony and all of that activity was happening below us out-of-view (couldn't see much of it on the box-screen). Also, the portable light box that was wheeled out with one of the Blue Men "in it" was lame - the sound was very weak during it. The pacing of the ending needs work. It was awkward - they had all of the cast members take a bow as if it was the end and then the show went on for a bit and then it just fizzled out. .

Something different for a night out

by J on 3/10/20Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

The show was very interesting with all the monitors and light effects I wish the group would have done more water lit up drumming and performed longer than an hour and 10 minutes

    OUTSTANDING

by BMG Fan on 3/10/20Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

Loved everything about it! The only complaint is: I wish it went on and on.

    seemed very short

by Todd on 3/9/20Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

We've seen Blue Man in the past and this most recent concert seemed very short and lacking in material, some of the sketches didn't seem to have anything to do with the actual show. It wasn't bad but could have been a lot better imo

    Entertaining

by Stelica on 3/9/20Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

Took my 13 year old son and husband. They had no idea was it was. They loved it. It takes a lot for them to like something. It was funny, entertaining and music was great.

    Very basic lackluster performance

    by S. A. on 2/28/20Emens Auditorium - Muncie

We've seen BMG on 2 other occasions and this showing was by far the least enjoyable performance. It was like they were either the 4 or 5th team or just a very poor show. Very disappointed as we took our daughter and grandchildren and it was't nearly the quality that we expected or had been treated to in the past!

    Bad seating

by Couchfat on 2/27/20Emens Auditorium - Muncie

The show was good our family enjoyed it. The venue however had extremely old uncomfortable seating. There was no padding and it felt like you were sitting directly on the springs of the seats. We will not return to this venue until seating is replaced.

    Save your money

by Ash on 2/27/20Emens Auditorium - Muncie

Thought this would be a good family night out with our boys. They didnt like it and we left after 45 minutes. It was the most awkward and uncomfortable experience. Definitely not worth the money.

    Fantastic evening!

by Retired Church Lady on 2/27/20Emens Auditorium - Muncie

Blue Man Group was fantastic! It took a few minutes for the audience to get themselves involved, but from there everyone was clapping. laughing and cheering them on all evening. It was a great way to spend an evening.
