ParkingThe Allen Event Center features over 4,000 parking spaces on its property, including parking for patrons with disabilities located in our south VIP parking, northwest and south parking garages, and general retail parking. Will CallTickets may be picked up at the Will Call window of the Box Office two hours prior to the event start time. You must a valid photo I.D. to pick up tickets at Will Call. The Allen Event Center does not accept Will Call drop off.
Accessible SeatingAll Accessible Seating is purchased through the Allen Center Box Office.
The Allen Event Center is committed to providing every customer with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It is one of the most accessible arenas in the U.S. and meets or exceeds all guidelines set by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Special seating throughout the venue allows patrons with disabilities the same flexibility on location and price options as any other patron. Elevators are available for the mobility impaired. Disabled parking for the Allen Event Center is located in the south VIP parking, northwest and south parking garages, and open retail parking.
Assisted listening devices for the hearing impaired are currently not available. All signage in the Allen Event Center also provides Braille for individuals with vision impairment.
General RulesRestrictions of still and video cameras vary by event. The event producers determine this policy and not the Allen Event Center management. Please check the event detail page under special information for the concert or family show that you are attending. Allen Americans allow cameras without flash at games. Professional cameras (cameras that have a lense 3 or 6 inches in length) are not allowed in the Allen Event Center unless accompanied by proper media credentials for Allen Americans and all concerts. Audio and video cameras are strictly prohibited at all events at Allen Event Center.
Guests are not permitted to bring any food or drinks into the Allen Event Center. Containers such as bottles, cans, thermos bottles or plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety of our guests.
Although animals are not allowed in the Allen Event Center, an exception is made regarding service animals for guests with disabilities. Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at the Allen Event Center and must remain on a leash or in a harness. All other animals are prohibited unless specified by management.
Banners and Signs are allowed at the Allen Event Center; however, they must be constructed of flame-retardant material and may not be displayed during play due to sight restrictions (if at a game or sporting event). Banners or signs may not be placed on the court, be commercial in nature, obscene, or cause any disturbance to other fans. Poles to display banners or flags are prohibited. Banners and signs may not exceed three feet in height, obstruct the view of other guests or Allen Event Center advertising signage, or be temporarily or permanently affixed to the building structure. The Allen Event Center reserves the right to remove ANY banner or sign without exception.
Strollers are allowed into the Allen Event Center. Fold up strollers should be stored under your seat. Non-folding strollers should be checked at the Jack Henry Information Desk on the Plaza Level at the northwest main rotunda entrance.
Children RulesUsually, children two years and older must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to the Allen Event Center. Children under two years of age may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parents’ or guardian’s lap. PLEASE NOTE: Some events will require all attendees regardless of age to present a ticket for entry into the Allen Event Center. Please check the event’s ticket policies at the time of purchase.
MiscellaneousFor most sporting events, doors open one hour prior to game time for the general public. For other events, doors usually open one hour and thirty minutes prior to the opening act. This may vary by event. For information, please call the Allen Event Center at 972-912-1048
Currently, there is one ATM location within the Allen Event Center. It is located on the Plaza Level at the southwest corner of the building inside the Box Office lobby.
If you need assistance getting to or from your seats, please request a wheelchair at the Jack Henry Information Desk, located on the Plaza Level at the northwest main rotunda entrance. A Guest Services Representative will bring you a wheelchair to assist you to your seats. Courtesy wheelchairs will then be returned so that other patrons may receive assistance. Please contact your nearest usher when you would like to leave so that a wheelchair and Guest Services Representative may be located and dispatched.
