My first time at LCA and it's clear that Detroit would not only support, but deserves a PWHL team. Had an amazing time at the game, great atmosphere, great rink, and we got our money's worth with the shootout! Phenomenal experience all round.
Going to see PWHL Boston play Ottawa at LCA was an utterly magical experience. The crowd was amazing, the game was amazing, and the overall vibes were just so cool to witness. Detroit deserves a PWHL team!

Hockey at the LCA is already an amazing experience - the Red Wings prove that each year. Now we have a professional league for the other side - the girls (ladies - pick a title). The crowd was great and who watched the game was amazing. Young families and girls cheered and helped make the game exciting and this part is crucial for the league to prosper like it should. Detroit should be proud to have showcased such great talent and more importantly the largest ever crowd for a women's hockey game in the USA. The PWHL should be taking advantage of this popularity and expand sooner than later. Detroit is ready now so give us a team and let our fans show the league how you do hockey.
The atmosphere is amazing. They get the crowd involved every chance they get. Honestly better than watching an NHL games with the affordability and crowd engagement.
Such a great experience watch the PWHL game! I wish there was a PWHL team in Detroit to see all the time!
The crowd was pumped and the PWHL put on a show that kept everyone in their seats cheering for more.
Little Caesars Arena in Detroit is a great venue with great staff. Parking easily accessible both before and after the game. What a great game Ottawa and Boston put on. Quick line changes made for a fast paced game. Forechecking by both teams created turnovers that resulted in good scoring opportunities. The goalies really were outstanding with both teams having over twenty shots on net ending regulation play tied at one. A fast paced overtime did not change anything and into a shoot out. Absolutely fantastic from a fan perspective. Very few penalties, no fights, and no cheap shots on the opponents. In this persons opinion this was great hockey. Super entertainment between periods with local girls teams showing their stuff, thank you. An attendance record was set for the PWHL at just under 14,000. From our seats the only empty sections were behind the nets up in the nose bleed section. Wonderful. Okay now the bad stuff - Detroit you are one of the Original Six, get a PWHL team, PLEASE.
Best game I've seen in a long time. We need a team! It was great seeing all the girls teams for the next generations of the sport. Aggressive, hard nosed, open ice hitting hockey! Little Caesars was a great venue.
Brought my brother and his family, including my 9 year old niece who plays hockey. It was an absolutely amazing time. The product on ice was great, very exciting hockey. The atmosphere was so good. If PWHL comes thru again, we would go without question. DETROIT DESERVES A PWHL TEAM.
