OLP was great and The Black Crowes were absolutely amazing!! Such a great show!!
Was great overall! The Black Crowes "lit it up" and were simply fantastic!! The organizers still need to tweek the system for better alcohol distribution as once a gain the line ups were long. Probably a good thing tho, as alcohol is becoming way too expensive at these events. Weather was perfect and was a great time throughout the event. So happy I was there!
Bands, food, drinks, organization and people were excellent.
Overall a great event. Good venue, fantastic line up of bands. I would have to say the food and beverage options were a little underwhelming
Bands were so great!! Venue is set up as bad as it could get! Who designed that? Bad and inaccessible drinks, everything miles away from the entertainment. I could increase there profits by 80% with 3 moves. Everyone I encountered said the same thing!
A very VIP focused event. Our company purchased GA tickets and the experience was lacklustre. Long lineups to get a drink at the stations where the attendants are taking payment and mixing drinks at what looked like far away stations with no real workflow.. meaning an order of beers and a rum and coke took several minutes of running around to prepare. Poor planning from the organizers. Food choices were overpriced beef on a bun and cardboard-flavoured pizza. Bands were ok and sound was decent. Will be avoiding this event in the future though
The bands were great, the atmosphere was really fun. It’s a great venue. The only issue was there seemed to be total chaos at the beer lines. It seemed like it was impossible for the bar tenders to find what people Had ordered in the beer tubs. Would also be nice to see some local craft beers in the mix, but guessing that’s a sponsorship thing. Otherwise good show.
It was fun to get out for some live music. It was a beautiful night and the venue was incredible. BUT getting the tickets on the app proved challenging for some reason. It just kept timing out until it finally succeeded. The lineup for drinks was massive. Early in the evening they ran out of cider but people with VIP passes still were able to get cider. Black Crowes definitely seemed like they were there to collect a cheque. Great Big Sea was good. Overall the acts at the Coke Stage were a lot more engaging.
Musical lineup was great, Location is terrific but waiting 35 minutes to get a beer, unacceptable! That needs to be improved upon. Appreciated the water station, nice touch!
Despite an amazing performance by the Black Crowes, this is probably my last Stomp. The huge lineups for drinks, and poor layout is just a huge frustration given what you are paying for. Note to organizers: Don't sell mixed drinks... it slows things down too much, and people will choose other items in cans. You left a ton of money on the table because people didn't want to wait in line. Squeezing in the ONLY drink line next to a chain link fence is poor traffic flow. Too much space dedicated to VIP areas, and the drink lines up, views and experience are no better in them. I don't think there is value in the price of ticket. My view was shared by pretty much everybody who I spoke to while waiting in the lineups. The previous iterations when run by the non-profit and volunteers was more friendly and better experience. Hopefully you can fix your future iterations.
