The New Mexico State Aggies baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The team competes in the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I. The Aggies play their home games at Presley Apodaca Baseball Complex, which is located on the university's campus.

The Aggies have won two WAC championships, in 1988 and 2022. They have also appeared in the NCAA Tournament 13 times throughout the 2022 season.

The Aggies have had a number of players who have gone on to play professional baseball. Some of the most notable include Daniel Johnson and Nick Gonzales.

Johnson, an outfielder, was selected by the Washington Nationals in the fifth round of the 2016 MLB Draft. Johnson made his MLB debut in 2020 for the Cleveland Guardians.

Gonzales, an infielder, was selected seventh overall by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the first round of the 2020 MLB Draft.

The Aggies have played their home games at Presley Apodaca Baseball Complex since 2003. The stadium is named after Presley Apodaca, a New Mexico State alumnus who donated $1 million to the construction of the stadium. Presley Apodaca Baseball Complex has a capacity of 5,000 people.

The Aggies are a popular draw for baseball fans in Las Cruces. The team's home games are often well-attended, and the atmosphere at Presley Apodaca Baseball Complex is always electric.
