Johnny a Tickets

Johnny A’s sound is so reminiscent of Jeff Beck, it’s uncanny. I’m really looking forward to his “Beck-Ola” shows.

I wasn't sure what to expect because I've only seen Jon Butcher and always wanted to see Johnny A, but the show was great! All great performers and I liked how the show highlighted each artist, then as a group.

Great Guitar Virtuoso show. Blues Rock Jazz All 4 players were awesome. Great rhythm section also.

This show was absolutely AMAZING!!! We were blown away by the talent on the stage! We flew up from Florida for this show and it was totally worth it, Johnny A put together a stellar group of musicians for this EPIC show. The highlight of the show that brought the crowd to their feet was Johnny A singing “Hootchie Cootchie Man”

The experience was awesome! Loved seeing them share the stage and I even scored a signed pick from Coco Montoya!

The Johnny A Guitar Summit at the Beverly Cabot was a guitar lover's heaven! Had close seat (small venue) and the sound was perfect. 4 screeching guitarist playing mostly blues rock. Great drummer and base guitarist too. Each guitarist had their own segment and Johnny A played with each of them. My favorite was Jon Butcher (Jon Butcher Axis) who played several Jimmy Hendrix songs including "Foxy Lady". They all came out for a fantastic guitar solo finale (a Buddy Holly song).

Good night. The Cabot is excellent. Great performances. I thought John Butcher rocked it. Well put together and a really good experience. Four stars

Johnny A did a good opening show, playing a lot of rockin' tunes. His technical skills are great. My only wish is that he would play more of the style that shows off his ability to weave melodies inside intricate harmonic chord structures, as he did on his first CD. His reharms of a couple of less-played Beatles' tunes (Johnny's special gift) were sweet, and his group members were all talented musicians in their own right. Albert Cummings was entertaining, singing and playing fast, blurred blues licks on his Strat. He's certainly a talented player and the trio pleased the crowd. All in all, a fun evening of music by accomplished purveyors of their craft..

It was a night filled with great music from two very great talents. Being a blues fan and a fan of guitar music I can't think of a better pair of artists to see. They were both amazing, entertaining and personable. They involved and interacted with the audience in their performances and met with the audience afterwards. It was the best night of live music I have had the chance to see in years! 3 and a half hours of pure musical entertainment. I will see them as often as I possible.

I went to this concert with a group of friends and we had an awesome night. Johnny A is a phenominal guitarist and we try to see him whenever he's touring. One of the best!
