Having exclusive access to this area of the arena helped to minimize the crowding. Food and drink options were great!

The extra manner for the dime location was the same food, expenses and lack of access to merchandise

The concert was amazing, the seats were good but it is a long distance to walk for a person with difficulty walking and when we asked for a wheelchair before starting the concert, when we left there was none available and we had to wait almost an hour for one. Not sure because it was a christian concert but the bar was closed

The event was excellent but it would not have been so special without Gabriella Vaccarino. She made our time at UBS special. Thanks Gabbriella your the best.

The price for a premium alcoholic beverage makes you think twice before ordering. The price for food is outrageous. The bathrooms are nice and clean. I’m seriously thinking about going on a vacation instead of go to a concert

I think the Dime club is worth the additional money. The crowd is controlled, the food, bar and bathrooms are close enough so that you don't miss much of the show.

It was very nice with the food available and the bathroom facilities. However, sitting with a bar right behind you during a comedy show was very distracting. Several times not only myself but the people sitting next to me had to ask the ushers to quiet down.
