I think the Dime club is worth the additional money. The crowd is controlled, the food, bar and bathrooms are close enough so that you don't miss much of the show.

It was very nice with the food available and the bathroom facilities. However, sitting with a bar right behind you during a comedy show was very distracting. Several times not only myself but the people sitting next to me had to ask the ushers to quiet down.
I avoid the area in general. It was super packed and decided to get refreshments somewhere else
Dime club was so convenient! My only regret was not getting the nachos- they looked amazing!!!

I have been bragging to my wife how great the Dime club is when I have taken my son to a few islander games. This was my chance to share the experience with her at a concert, I was very disappointed that the Dime club benefits for non islander events don’t really offer anything! The food options were underwhelming, and I would never recommend the Dime club for non Islander games.
You have food and drinks to purchase with out make long lines and wait so much time to purchase it. The area is so nice and comfortable

I bought tickets in the DIME club for a concert. It had a great view of the artist, but I didn’t think it was worth it to spend a little more when drinks/ food weren’t discounted or anything really
I loved having the Dime Club package included in my tickets. Such easy access to the food court and restrooms at no hassle, just for a few extra bucks. Everyone there is attentive and helpful!
While the facility is well-kept, and the staff is notably helpful, it's worth noting that the prices are indeed quite high.
There was not adequate amount of time to use the amenities provided The drinks were way over priced served in a very small plastic cup 45 $ for 2drinks Won’t be doing that again or coming back soon!

Andre Rieu puts on a wonderful show. A beautiful mix of waltz and contemporary music. Very uplifting.
Very modern and clean. Food was good but pricey. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Money grab. Shouldn’t have to pay more to just have “special access” to couple restaurants & rest rooms. Ticket should have the option to add it or not.
My personal experience at this venue was excellent, Dime club was top notch. Staff was friendly, bartender Joann she was off the hook. Definitely will come back for any other even at this venue.
100% getting DIME club benefits everytime they are available in the future. Private entrance let’s you skip the bedlam of general entry and let’s you take a private elevator right up to your section. The least hassle I’ve ever had entering and exiting a concert venue — plus, employees in the DIME club concessions area were so incredibly polite, like they enjoy the work they do. Amazing and I miss the atmosphere already.
Room was super clean. Variety of food options. Loved the dime club experience.
