by Katie on 11/21/22Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - RaleighSuch a fun outing! A well done show, beautiful sets and costumes, family friendly, highly enjoyable. The dancers are incredible, I can't believe they are all 18 or younger. Much more affordable and as equally enjoyable as the Carolina Ballet Nutcracker. This will be a new tradition.

by ABCary on 11/23/21Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - RaleighCarolina Youth Ballet puts on an amazing production and is a little know secret right before Thanksgiving Holiday! The dancers are top notch and is a must see for children and adults alike! The volunteers of CYB clearly work hard and tirelessly to put the production together! However, the staff of the theater, who are generally wonderful, were lining people up in lines to exit the building and it could have been executed more diplomatically. Felt a little like being at Daycamp. Very young children were put thru metal detectors. A bit strange for a mid day show appropriate for kids. Think those metal detectors could be put to better use elsewhere.
