ARCADE FIRE IN CONCERT:
Arcade Fire are the undisputed poster band of indie rock's ascendancy in the musical mainstream, proving with each successive album that it's possible to be both a critical darling and a populist favorite. For 2013's Reflektor, the band teamed up with James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem to record their most ambitious collection of songs yet, topping charts — and critics' best-of lists — around the world. As revered for their frenzied live shows as they are for their records, the band has fans eagerly awaiting the 2014 Reflektor Tour, which includes headlining slots at Coachella and Glastonbury.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
" Had heard so much about how electrifying their live performances were. It wasn't hype. This band puts it all out on the stage. I'll see them again...and again...and again!”
" A huge fan of Arcade Fire and they did not disappoint. Absolutely love their presence. The show was unbelievable."
" The show was amazingly energetic! It was without a doubt one of the best shows I've ever seen."
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
When Arcade Fire released their debut full-length Funeral in 2004, critics hailed it as an instant classic, heaping big praise — and even bigger expectations — on the Canadian art rockers. The band delivered on the hype, topping charts around the world in 2007 with Neon Bible and again in 2010 with Suburbs, dark horse winner of Album of the Year at the 2011 Grammy Awards. In 2013 the band released Reflektor to yet another No. 1 spot on the BIllboard 200, also making time amid their busy touring schedule to provide the score for Spike Jonze's film Her.

Honestly skipped this concert. With all the controversy around the group, I didn't feel like it would be as good as the last time I saw them. Wish they would have canceled once Beck dropped out.
The only reason I went was to take my nephew to his first concert and he wanted to see Beck. Turns out Beck dropped out and no one told me so after Boukman Experience played and I figured it out we left I didn’t stay to watch Arcadia Fire cause I don’t know who they are. So needles to say I was ripped off.
One of the best bands to see live currently in existence. Have never seen them have a bad show and their performance in Seattle on their current We Tour is no exception. Amazing as always. ❤️❤️❤️
We may have been more excited to see the opener, Beck, than the main show. We were surprised when Beck never performed. The replacement opener was fantastic and Arcade Fire was amazing. It would have been nice when we bought tickets and were told to expect something, for us to get an update if that expectation changes.
The concert was great. The sound was good. The band interact with the crowd.
We parked in a garage that closed at 11pm. Thought this would be long enough for a show starting at 7. But, after the opener, there was a DJ who played for a VERY long time. This meant we stood shoulder to shoulder in a crowd listening to music we mostly didn't like for an unnecessarily long time. And, it meant we had to leave before Arcade Fire was finished. If we had known about the hour long DJ gig, we would have parked somewhere else.
A superior show in every way. The band just kills it. Regine stole the show with "reflektor".
Super unique. Felt very intimate and thought out regarding the experience of being in the crowd.
Huge packed crowd, amazing vibes and sounds. The visuals were incredible and these guys know how to play. They've had some bad news lately but they came to rock. My first time seeing them and they lived up to the hype. Best rock show I've ever been too!
What sucked is having to get tickets through a capitalist parasite like Ticketmaster that rips off their fans and the artists. Ticketmaster needs to go and be replaced with a fan and artist friendly ticket service that is about "service" not just obscene profits!
In my opinion Arcade fire is one of the best band that is on tour right now. They're nothing short than musical legends. But the sound quality in this auditorium was SO bad that has ruined the concert for me. A cacophony of sounds where it was impossible to distinguish any particular sound part. It took me a whole minute to recognize "Creature Comfort". During "Rebellion Lies" (a song that I personally rank top 100 all time) I was so disgusted that I had to put earplugs. I am not joking. Maybe I will go back to this avenue for a techno event (basses are surely powerful), or for a stand up comedy show, but never EVER again when I care about the music that is played.
Incredible that the band sounded as good and performed as well as they did considering all the allegations and backlash about Win Butler’s inappropriate personal behavior. The show was totally entertaining and sounded great with lots of fun outfit changes by the beautiful and ultra talented Sabine. Loved the dual stage set up and the interaction with the crowd. Super fun and dancy show! I’m SUPER bummed that I paid as much as I did for the tickets considering Beck pulled out. He was the main reason the ticket price was justifiable. The opening band was unique and entertaining but the very long pregnant pause between acts was brutal.
The second stage in the middle of the crowd was super cool, and the performance was fun, lively and sounded incredible
Arcade fire puts on a great show. I would definitely see them again. The venue is good. I'm glad I got there early to get seats with my general admission ticket
Very enjoyable evening. Arcade Fire always puts on a great show!! Packed, fans were all into it.
Great sound Great open band Great dj!!! Love him!! Awesome visuals and lights Great concert Love the split extra stage area. Great bathrooms
While the bait and switch from Beck was disappointing, Arcade Fire put on an epic show. Four stars.
The show, the performance was great, I love the communication the band had with their crowd, amazing band. The sound at this venue is not great though, bass resonates everywhere, I guess with ear plugs, it would have been better.
San Fran and Arcade Fire are you kidding me It was the best early Birthday gift where I sat I could see back stage!! Billy Graham Center is the best for a more up close with the Artist experience. Arcade came into the audience many times it’s a real treasured thing to be so close! I hope to see them again ❤️
